Abstract

Abstract

Optimizing digital business strategies for creative souvenir products using Mini Laser Packer technology aims to cater to the unique preferences of Gen Z. While previous studies have explored laser customization in traditional industries and digital marketing for Gen Z separately, a gap exists in understanding their spe- cific intersection within the creative souvenir sector. This paper addresses this gap by examining the adoption of Mini Laser Packer technology to meet Gen Z’s demand for personalized products through targeted digital marketing strate- gies, thus offering a novel perspective on value creation in this niche market. The research takes a quantitative approach, utilizing pre-test and post-test ex- perimental methods alongside regression analysis to evaluate changes in product quality and consumer response. Data were collected through surveys with Gen Z consumers, interviews with business owners, and direct observations. Find- ings show that the adoption of Mini Laser Packer significantly enhances product quality, particularly through more attractive, customizable designs that appeal to consumer preferences. Digital marketing strategies on social media and e- commerce platforms have proven effective in engaging Gen Z consumers with personalized offerings. Despite positive impacts, challenges remain, such as high technology investment costs and limitations in digital marketing utiliza- tion. Businesses are encouraged to leverage these insights to strengthen prod- uct competitiveness and deepen consumer relationships by offering personalized products on digital platforms favored by Gen Z.

Abstract

This study examines disparities in the implementation of Indonesia’s Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) which remain fragmented across regional governments and hinder efficient service delivery. The purpose of this research is to develop a hybrid enterprise architecture planning framework that combines TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, and Gartner models to achieve more harmonized and interoperable SPBE adoption. A quantitative explanatory method was used with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), involving data from 337 valid respondents across nine district and city governments in West Java Province. Four main constructs were examined, including SPBE implementation standardization, operational procedure clarity, technology harmonization, and institutional collaboration. The findings show that all constructs significantly improve digital governance effectiveness, with standardization being the strongest influencing factor with a coefficient value of 0.423 and significance level below 0.01. In addition to statistical validation, the study presents an operational framework containing procedural flow, logic matrix, and pseudocode that bridges theoretical concepts and practical implementation in SPBE planning. This hybrid framework provides a structured but also flexible approach suitable for Indonesia’s decentralized governance by enhancing interoperability, transparency, and coordination between agencies. Overall, the research contributes both theoretically and practically by demonstrating how the integration of enterprise architecture principles can strengthen SPBE implementation and support sustainable digital transformation within local governments.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the digital economy has driven the emergence of numerous startup companies that play a vital role as catalysts for innovation and business transformation in the modern era. However, the increasing number of startups poses a major challenge for investors in selecting the most potential and profitable investment opportunities. The main problem lies in the multi-criteria evaluation process, which involves various aspects such as market potential, product innovation, business model, team performance, and financial stability. To address this complexity, this study applies a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) methods as an objective and measurable multi-criteria decision-making approach. The AHP method is utilized to determine the priority weights of each criterion through a pairwise comparison process. The results show that market potential (C1) is the most dominant criterion with a weight of 0.458, followed by product innovation (C2) with a weight of 0.247, and business model (C3) with a weight of 0.144. Meanwhile, team performance (C4) and financial stability (C5) have relatively lower weights of 0.105 and 0.046, respectively. These findings indicate that market and innovation aspects are the primary factors influencing startup investment feasibility. Furthermore, the VIKOR method is employed to rank the alternatives based on compromise solutions toward the ideal outcome. The results reveal that startup A17 has the lowest compromise value (Q = 0.0000), making it the most optimal investment alternative, followed by A4 (Q = 0.0303) and A19 (Q = 0.0586). This study demonstrates that the combination of AHP and VIKOR methods provides a comprehensive, objective, and consistent analysis in the decision-making process for digital startup investments. The proposed approach assists investors in evaluating startups more systematically and accurately based on the priority of relevant criteria in the context of the dynamic digital economy. Therefore, a decision support system based on the AHP-VIKOR method can serve as an effective solution for decision-makers to identify and select the most promising startups for future development.
