The researcher used the validation stage by four expert validators, therefor it could be tested in a limited way, carried out for the dissemination stage. The material expert responses to teaching materials and obtained an average as 83% of all aspects or "very satisfactory" means that the product is feasible and valid to be tested in small and large groups. Meanwhile, the design experts obtained as 98% or "very satisfactory" means that the product is feasible and valid to be tested by small groups and large groups. And from media experts, it was obtained as 93% or "very satisfactory" means that the media was feasible and valid to be tested in small groups and large groups. In the dissemination stage, the authors obtained dissemination scores through 25 respondents. Each respondent gives its value through a questionnaire that the author distributes. The results were collected and analyzed to obtain a good overall score as 85%. It can be concluded that the procedural text module with the media of this flipbook e-module has a good value and feasible to be used as teaching material in carrying out the teaching and learning process for procedural text material.

Abstract

The limited availability of engaging and technology-integrated teaching materials in short story learning has created challenges in fostering students’ active participation and literary comprehension. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive teaching materials assisted by AnyFlip and based on a short story anthology for teaching short story texts to eleventh-grade students at SMAN 2 Lubuk Pakam. Employing a Research and Development approach, the study adopted the Four-D Model consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The research involved a population of 389 students, with 35 students from Class XI-J selected as the sample. The feasibility of the product was assessed through expert validation and user trials involving teachers and students. The results demonstrated that the developed teaching materials achieved a very high level of validity, with material expert evaluations reaching 92.6% and 93.3%, while design expert evaluations reached 89.3% and 80.0%. Teacher assessment yielded a score of 96.0%, and student responses reached 91.0%, both categorized as highly feasible. These findings indicate that the AnyFlip-assisted interactive teaching materials are valid, practical, and highly suitable for supporting the learning of short story texts at the senior high school level.

Abstract

The limited availability of innovative and technology-based learning media for short story instruction motivated the development of a Pixellab-assisted flashcard learning medium designed to support visually engaging and accessible learning experiences. This study aimed to develop, assess the feasibility of, and examine teacher and student responses toward the use of Pixellab-assisted flashcard learning media for short story learning materials among eleventh-grade students at State Senior High School 2 Lubuk Pakam. The population consisted of 394 students, with 36 students from Class XI-F selected as the sample. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using Thiagarajan’s 4D model, which includes the stages of define, design, development, and dissemination. The results indicated that the developed product was feasible based on expert evaluations. Material Expert I assigned a score of 94% (Highly Feasible), while Material Expert II assigned 84% (Feasible). Design Expert I assigned 94% (Highly Feasible), and Design Expert II assigned 80% (Feasible). The teacher’s response indicated a score of 96% (Highly Feasible), while student responses reached 87.8% (Highly Effective). Data were also collected through teacher and student interviews. These findings suggest that the developed media is both feasible and effective, contributes pedagogically by enhancing student engagement in short story learning, and may serve as an alternative instructional resource in Indonesian language education.

Abstract

The need for innovative teaching materials that integrate local wisdom and support meaningful learning in sermon text instruction encouraged the development of an e-book designed for Grade XI students. This study aimed to develop and assess the feasibility of local wisdom-based e-book teaching materials on sermon texts, as well as to evaluate teacher and student responses toward their use at State Senior High School 2 Lubuk Pakam. The population consisted of 394 students, with 69 students from classes XI I and XI J selected as the sample. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using Thiagarajan’s 4D model, which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results indicated that the developed teaching materials were feasible for instructional use. Content Expert I assigned a score of 85.3% (Feasible), while Content Expert II assigned 81.3% (Feasible). Design Expert I assigned 90.6% (Highly Feasible), and Design Expert II assigned 80% (Feasible). The Indonesian language teacher’s response reached 96% (Highly Feasible), while student responses reached 89% (Highly Feasible). Abstract

The need for a more objective and systematic assessment process in poetry musicalization learning encouraged the development of a decision support system to assist teachers in determining the best-performing students. This study aimed to develop an assessment system and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting outstanding students in poetry musicalization learning for Grade XI students. The research population consisted of 23 teachers at MAS Islamic Centre, while the sample included four Indonesian language teachers. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model. The developed system incorporates four assessment criteria: pitch, rhythm, pronunciation, and harmony, which are used to support the decision-making process. The evaluation covered usability, reliability, and integrity aspects, resulting in an average score of 89%, categorized as “Highly Effective,” indicating that the system is operable and suitable for users. Material Expert I assessed the system at 90% (Highly Feasible), while Material Expert II assigned a score of 78% (Feasible). Media Expert I provided a score of 86% (Highly Feasible), and Media Expert II assigned 90% (Highly Feasible). These findings indicate that the developed system is feasible and effective as a technology-based assessment tool to support decision-making in poetry musicalization learning.
