Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi kompensasi dan motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi, asosiatif dan komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui teknik analisis data korelasional dengan menggunakan statistik parametrik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 157 yang dibagi menjadi dua kategori 97 guru sertifikasi dan 60 guru non-sertifikasi. Dari hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri dalam kategori baik, sedangkan kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri dalam kategori sangat baik. Kontribusi kompensasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru cukup kuat untuk guru sertifikasi dan guru non-sertifikasi. Kontribusi motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja mengajar guru cukup kuat untuk guru sertifikasi dan rendah untuk guru non-sertifikasi. Kontribusi kompensasi dan motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja mengajar guru cukup kuat untuk guru sertifikasi dan guru non-sertifikasi. Dan terdapat perbedaan kompensasi, motivasi mengajar dan kinerja mengajar guru antara guru sertifikasi dan non-sertifikasi. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi Mengajar dan Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Abstract The study objective was to determine the contribution of compensation and motivation to teach the teaching performance of teachers in Public Elementary School. The method used is descriptive analysis, associative and comparative quantitative approach, through correlational data analysis techniques using parametric statistics. 157 sample was divided into two categories of 97 certified teachers and 60 non-certified teachers. From the analysis of the data found that the compensation and motivation of teachers to teach in Primary School in both categories, while the teaching performance of teachers in public elementary school in the category of very good. Compensation contributed to the teacher's teaching performance is strong enough for teacher certification and non-certified teachers. Contribution of motivation to teach teachers to teach to the performance strong enough for teacher certification and lower for non-certified teachers. Contribution of compensation and motivation to teach the teaching performance of teachers is strong enough for teacher certification and non-certified teachers. And there are differences in compensation, motivation, teaching and teachers' teaching performance between teacher certification and non-certification.
