Abstract

One of the roots traffic congestion is high number of private vehicle which triggered by an increase in the number of population. Switching users of private vehicle to public transport regarding to the affecting factor supposed to be examining first to solve traffic congestion. Based on factor analysis, there are two major factor on transport mode choice; quality (time, comfort, cleanness, safety, security, accessibility, and reliability ) and cost. Therefore, the government should be taking into considerations priority, which offer high contribution on solution made as priority. In order to achieving goal; the quality criteria reached contribution value that of 68% and 32% for cost criteria. Quality criteria compiled by time which has 61.8% of contribution value, safety (15.2%), accessibility (9.1%), security (8.8%), reliability (2.4%), comfort (1.7%), and cleanness as the priority within quality criteria has 1% of contribution. On the other dimension, cost criteria contain of fuel subsidy reached 95.664% of contribution, parking rate (3.947%), progressive tax (0.366%), and LCGC issue (0.023%).

Abstract

Road damage that occurs on several sections of the road causes great losses, especially for road users such as long travel times, congestion, accidents, and others. To reduce losses due to road damage, this study was held with the aim of determining the types of damage, the value of road pavement conditions, and alternative handling used according to the damage that occurred on the Tendean Road section in Kediri District, Tabanan uses flexible pavement which is divided into several segments with a length per segment of 200 m. With the Bina Marga method, the largest vehicle volume of 7691.3 smp/day was obtained with a road class value of 6 and a total determination of the road damage rate of 11, the road condition value was obtained 4, it can be said that the road section requires regular maintenance. ABSTRAK Kerusakan jalan menyebabkan dampak buruk yang besar khususnya bagi pengguna jalan contohnya perjalanan yang lama, kemacetan, kecelakaan, dan lain-lain. Untuk mengurangi kerugian akibat kerusakan jalan maka diadakannya penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui dari jenis kerusakan, nilai kondisi perkerasan ruas jalan, dan juga solusi penanganan kerusakan yang terjadi pada ruas Jalan Tendean. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan juga deskriptif kuantitatif yang mengacu kepada metode Bina Marga. Ruas Jalan Tendean di daerah Kediri, Tabanan menggunakan perkerasan lentur yang terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian dengan ukuran panjang per bagian 200 m. Perhitungan metode Bina Marga ini menghasilkan volume kendaraan terbesar 7691,3 smp/hari yang masuk dalam kategori kelas jalan 6 dan total penentuan angka kerusakan jalan sebesar 11 dan masuk dalam kategori bernilai 4, dapat dikatakan ruas jalan tersebut memerlukan pemeliharaan secara teratur.
