Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the type of NPK fertilizer and the concentration of nanosilica fertilizer that provided good growth and yield for the local red rice variety Inpari-24 Gabusan. This research was conducted from January to May 2022, taking place at the PAS “Lestari Makmur” Self-Help Agriculture and Rural Training Center, Jalan Wates Km. 12 Semampir Hamlet, Argorejo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. This study consisted of 2 factors, namely the first factor, the NPK Phonska, Mutiara, Yaramila fertilizers and the second factor, namely the concentration of 1%, 1.5%, and 2% Nanosilika fertilizer. This study was conducted with 3 repetitions of each factor and arranged in a Complete Randomized Block Design RAKL. The observed variables included plant height, number of tillers per hill, fresh chestnut weight, dry shoot weight, number of productive tillers per hill, panicle length, percentage of filled grain, 1000 grain weight, and grain weight per hectare. Data analysis was carried out on the results of observations using variance at a 5% level, the differences between treatments were tested with DMRT Duncan's multiple range test at a level of 5%. Treatment of various NPK fertilizers and nanosilica fertilizer concentrations on the growth and yield of red rice of the Inpari-24 gabusan variety showed no interaction with all observed variables. Treatment of various NPK fertilizers on the growth and yield of the red rice variety Inpari-24 Gabusan showed no significant difference in growth and yield. Treatment of nanosilica fertilizer concentrations on the growth and yield of the red rice variety Inpari-24 gabusan showed no significant difference in growth and yield, except for plant height, number of tillers, and percentage of filled grain.

Abstract

The presence of online transportation provides great benefits because it has created jobs to become online transportation drivers. However, there are many problems regarding online transportation drivers due to the lack of regulations governing them, one of which is regarding Social Insurance. This research is normative legal research, data collection technique is done by literature study, and data analysis is done by the descriptive method. The results of the study show that social insurance regulations for online transportation drivers need to be made immediately. This is important to be noticed by the government because online transportation drivers do not get the rights that workers get in the Manpower Act, one of which is the right to obtain social insurance. That is because the legal relationship between the online transportation application provider company and the online transportation driver is not classified as a "work agreement", but a "partnership agreement". The problem of the legal vacuum can be viewed from the perspective of progressive law known as the spirit of "law for humans". Social insurance regulations for online transportation drivers need to be made immediately considering the great work risks that online transportation drivers have to face.

Abstract

Nursing services are a form of professional service which is an integral part of health services based on nursing knowledge and tips aimed at individuals, families, groups or communities, both healthy and sick. Several problems related to the implementation of the role of nurses are found in primary health services. The main phenomenon found was a mismatch in implementing the roles and functions of nurses in services at the Community Health Center. This community service activity aims to improve nursing services by strengthening aspects of autonomy, leadership, collaboration and work environment which are integrated into services in the Puskesmas building in a professional manner. The method used is pre and post tests related to the material, then continued with the delivery of the material. The result of this community service is an increase in knowledge before and after the activity. It is hoped that from this community service nurses can provide better nursing services.
