Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fundamental saham bank digital dengan kenaikan harga saham tahun 2020-2021. Faktor fundamental dalam artikel ini menggunakan rasio utang, rasio pendapatan, rasio pasar, BI Rate, tingkat inflasi, dan nilai transaksi bank digital di Indonesia. Kemudian variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Price Book Value (PBV), BI Rate, Inflasi, dan Nilai Transaksi Bank Digital. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah harga saham. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah bank digital yang terdaftar di indeks saham syariah (JII, ISSI, JII70, dan IDX-MES). Sampel terpilih yang memenuhi kriteria adalah Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Panin Syariah Dubai, dan Bank Tabungan Pensiun Syariah Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA, PBV, BI Rate, Transaksi Bank Digital memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan pertumbuhan harga saham bank digital. Sedangkan DER dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Population, Minimum Wage, and GRDP on the Open Unemployment Rate in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. This research aims to determine the effect of Population, Minimum Wage, and GRDP on the Open Unemployment Rate in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Panel data analysis used model selection, classical assumption, and significance tests. The analytical tool used is Eviews 10. The results of this research are that Population and GRDP do not affect the Open Unemployment Rate in NTT Province, while the Minimum Wage has a positive and significant effect on the Open Unemployment Rate in NTT Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and compensation on employee job satisfaction. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this research was 32 permanent employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bandar Lampung Branch. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statictical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). The results of this research indicate that: 1) Physical work environment variables partially do not have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bandar Lampung Branch, 2) Compensation variables have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bandar Lampung Branch, 3) physical work environment variables and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bandar Lampung Branch.
