Abstract

Kebiasaan bermain game online merusak hubungan dengan lingkungan, menurunkan prestasi dalam bidang akademik, dan membuat mahasiswa lupa dengan aktivitas lainnya. Hal ini dikarenakan pikiran irrasional bahwa game online menjadi satu-satunya tempat untuk memperoleh pengakuan dan penghargaan dari orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh teknik restrukturisasi kognitif dalam menurunkan kecanduan game online pada mahasiswa UNIKOM Bandung. Metode yang digunakan Quasi Experiment dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Alat ukurnya adalah skala kecanduan game online yang didasarkan pada teori Griffith (2005) yang telah dikonstruksi oleh Septi R (2016). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasilnya menunjukkan p value sebesar 0,055 > 0,05 artinya tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test skor kecanduan game online setelah diberikan intervensi restrukturisasi kognitif.

Abstract

Resilience is a person's ability to recover from crises and challenges encountered in life. Sufism or Sufistic values ​​in the workplace for employees on a regular basis can ensure employee resilience remains safe, good and effective during crisis situations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to find out how the values ​​of Sufism work in the workplace as resilient employees during the crisis. This research is qualitative research. The subjects in the research were 3 employees who worked in the office during the crisis. Data collection methods use interviews and observation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Sufism values ​​in the workplace can function as a foundation for the growth of a positive mentality and morality for resilient employees during a crisis. Sufism values ​​contain Illahiyah (divinity) values; second, Insaniyah (humanity) values; and the third is the Alamiyah (naturalness) values which of course are really needed by employees to remain resilient in difficult situations. Employee resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis includes self-efficacy, emotional regulation, impulse control, empathy and optimism in carrying out work in the office during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Indonesia occupies the first position of the country with the most Muslim majority in the world. The population of the Muslim community in the country is equivalent to 86.7% of the total population in Indonesia. However, it turns out that conventional banks are still the superior choice for the Indonesian Muslim community for various financial transactions or services compared to Islamic banks. Banks are financial organizations or companies that are close friends with the community, these two things are interdependent and need each other. From the title listed, of course we already know about conventional economics. The target to be achieved in this research is to find out whether there are special advantages or dissimilarities between these idealistic banks and Islamic banks, starting from the function of offering services and financial regulations. Here the researcher uses the literature study method. Conventional banks really spoil their customers by providing a number of tempting benefits, for example, getting interest from deposits that are deposited. But on the other hand, conventional banks led to the wrong path, namely usury, then the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Banking issued the oldest sharia bank in this country, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia.
