Abstract

In this study, we will discuss the Basic Concepts of Playgroup Management which are important in carrying out activities in an institution. This study aims to describe the planning, organizing, implementation, supervision and assessment of the play group. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while the subjects of this study include administrators and students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are to find out more about the management of Playgroups. The background of this research is to see the number of playgroups that have been established and to find out how the playgroups are managed.

Abstract

This paper discusses Curriculum Management in Play Group Institutions. The data in this article were obtained from observing books, articles and the internet related to curriculum management for children, then this data was processed in their own language so as to obtain data that was in accordance with what was discussed. The results of this article show that there are several points related to curriculum management for children, namely the meaning, objectives, principles, components, and scope of curriculum management. It is hoped that this article can be used as study material for further discussions regarding curriculum management in children.

Abstract

Seni dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan potensi kreatif. Potensi ini dapat dilihat dari Cara dalam berpikir kritis dan kemampuan dalam berpikir, rasa keingintahuan sangat tinggi, mampu mengekspresikan diri di muka umum, mampu mengemukakan ide dan pendapat yang orisinil, berani tampil beda dan berani mengambil resiko, mampu menerima pendapat orang lain, juga menghargai diri sendiri dan orang lain. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah agar anak bisa mengembangkan aspek perkembangan seni yang ada pada diri anak dan anak bebas dalam berkreasi sesuai imajinasi anak melalui kegiatan mewarnai tersebut. Serta mengatur lingkungan belajar yang dapat meningkatkan aspek perkembangan seni pada anak. Metodelogi Penelitian ini menggunakan Literatur review, literatur Review disini adalah suatu kegiatan menganalisis yang dapat berupa kritikan dari suatu penelitian yang sedang dilakukan terhadap suatu topik khusus yang merupakan bagian dari bidang keilmuan. Hasilnya bahwa untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan aspek perkembangan seni pada anak melalui kegiatan mewarnai agar dapat membantu anak untuk meningkatkan seni anak usia dini tentunya guru harus mengetahui tahapan perkembangan seni pada anak usia dini, khususnya di satuan kelompok bermain (kb).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management or management of facilities and infrastructure in the process of improving early childhood learning abilities. Where in the teaching and learning process certainly requires supporting facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is a qualitative method with a type of research literature by looking for reference sources from relevant journals. The results of this study indicate that the existence of facilities and infrastructure can support a good teaching and learning process so that in learning it can improve the abilities of children during their development. Even though there are several schools that are incomplete, they can be adapted to what is around them so that the teaching and learning process continues to run well and the abilities of children can also increase and develop optimally.
