Abstract

This thesis describes a leadership style effectiveness by the head county of Cidadap Bandung. The research was conducted in Cidadap Subdistricts Office in Bandung and the samples are all of the county of Cidadap Bandung subordinate. The research title of this thesis is “Leadership Style Effectiveness of Head County Cidadap in Bandung”. The purpose of this research is to describe how effective the leadership style which have been used by the head county of Cidadap Bandung. The type of the research is using Descriptive. Data collection technique is using Questionnaire filled by respondent which are 24 in number and supported by Interview. Data analysis was done by using descriptive analysis which type is average for leadership style analysis and frequency distribution for leadership situation analysis and leadership style effectiveness analysis. The research result shows that effectiveness of the Sub-district Leadership Style belongs to the ineffective category.

Abstract

This research is descriptive qualitative. Classical assumption test was conducted to determine the normality of the data obtained and multiple linear regression test. In addition, a hypothesis test was conducted which consisted of t test, F test and R2 test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation are as follows: Y = 0.255 + 0.627X1 + 0.314X2. The results of the t-test for the location variable tcount value is greater than ttable value 7.996>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of the tcount price variable is greater than the t-table value 4.018>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, Ftable value = 3.12, Fcount = (363.771> 3.12) and the level of significance (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that the independent variables are Location (X1) and Price (X2) together the same positive and significant effect on the variable Consumer Decision (Y). The results of the R2 test show that the value of Adjusted R Square = 0.902 or 90.2% of the price and location variables affect consumer decisions in choosing a house.

Abstract

Working capital is what compares current assets after deducting current liabilities and Profitability is the abilitiy of a company to show a comparison between profit and capital flow assets generated by this profit. Data analysis used in descriptive, Normality Test, and simple linear regression. While testing the hypothesis that is done is the t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that working capital affects profitability. The results of the t-test analysis resulted in a t-count 3,916 > t-tabel 1860 with a sifnificance level of 0,004 < 0,05, with a simple linear regression alaysis obtained Y= -1,289+0,059 where the increase in working capital was 1% then the profitability also increased by 0,059 %. From meaning that the percentage of working capital to profitability is 65,7 % while the remaining 34,3 % is explained by other variabels not included in the research variabel.

Abstract

This study aims at finding whether there is an influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of Medan KPKNL employees. The hypothesis is that there is motivation and work environment motivation for the performance of KPKNL Medan employees. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, which uses all members of the population as a sample obtained by 36 people, using the data collection methods Observation, Interview and Questionnaire. The method used by the author is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method, Classic Assumption Test, Coefficient Test, F Test and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results obtained from the regression equation obtained are Y = 15.866 + 0.424X1 + 0.069X2, which means that the significant performance of employees in Medan KPKNL. These results were obtained based on t count (2,210)> t table values ​​(1,690) and a significance value of 0.034 <0.05 was obtained. There is no influence of the work environment on employee performance in the Medan KNPL. These results are known because t value (0.342) < t table value (1.690) and found the significance value of 0.735 > 0.05. Simultaneously motivation and work environment on affect employee performance in KPKNL Medan. These results are known from the calculation of F value (6.795) greater than the F table value (3.28), while the significance value obtained is 0.003 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.249 which means that 24.9% of the Performance of Medan KPKNL Employees (Y) is required by variations of the two independent variables, namely Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) while the remaining 75.1% was influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of unemployment, realization of social protection costs, and Regency/City Minimum Wages (UMK) on the number of poor people in 23 regencies/cities in North Sumatra Province in the period 2020–2024. The approach used is quantitative with secondary data from BPS and DJPK, as well as panel data regression analysis using the EViews 9 application. The best estimation model chosen is fixed effect. The results of the study show that unemployment has a positive and significant effect on poverty, which means that the higher the unemployment, the higher the poverty rate. Conversely, the realization of social protection costs and UMK have a negative and significant effect, which means that an increase in these two variables can reduce the number of poor people. These findings emphasize the importance of effective social protection policies and UMK adjustments as a strategy to reduce poverty in the regions, as well as improve people's welfare
