Abstract

This aim is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Selayar Islands Regency, totaling 67 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. This study uses a quantitative approach and is analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method using SPSS 25 to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the Leadership Style variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count > t table and a sig value of. Work Motivation Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated value of t count > t table and a sig value of. Based on the results of this study, it is also known that the variables of Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at the Selayar Archipelago Regency Population and Civil Registration Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work stress on the performance of sales force employees at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication Makassar. The sample in this study were 100 sales force employees (promoters). The data used were primary data and secondary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between the compensation variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is a negative effect between the work stress variable (X2) on employee performance variables which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 11.104 + 1.241 X1 – 0.147 X2 and has a significant effect on the tcount value of each variable of 13.855 > t table (X1) and -2.055 > t table (X2), with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (X1) and 0.043 <0.05 ( X2). The R Square value of 0.657 indicates that the compensation variable and work stress variable in this study contributed 65.7%, while 34.3% was explained by causes and other factors.

Abstract

The role of human resources is essential for an organization. In line with the development of the globalization era, all organizations/institutions are demanded to carry out their tasks responsibly to achieve good performance. One of the factors influencing this performance is work discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees at the Food Security Agency of Sinjai Regency. The research population consists of all 32 employees of the Food Security Agency of Sinjai Regency. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, where all 32 employees are taken as samples. The data from the questionnaires were processed using SPSS version 26.0 software.
