Abstract

Traffic on the Internet. This suggests the presence of community or drivers ofconsumer choice for online products. This way we can get interesting researchon price, service quality, corporate image and word of mouth. This stujdy try todetermine the influence of factors influencing consumers' online choices. Thesampling in this research adopts intentional sampling technique, that is, thetechnique of determining samples according to certain standards. Criteria aremales and females aged 19-50 who are college students, students and employeesof Mataram City and have used Gojek or Grab app services. The Datacollection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is IBMSPSS Statistics 24. Result show that price, service quality, corporate image,and word of mouth components significantly effects consumers' onlinedecision-making.

Abstract

Commnity service is a self-empowerment process carried out to provide useful services to the local community. The impact of this pandemic is very big on almost all professions and worker in the creative economy, many employees are laid off, Micro business actors, many community business groups are closed. Fostering an entrepreneurial spirit is important with the aim that all business activities run well and reduce the risk of the failure of the business. The problem of lack of knowledge related to e-commerce, financial management to low motivation in entrepreneurship which result in low competitiveness, form the problems the service team arranges various activity program that are expected to solve these problems and solution that can be given to service participants. The data analysis technique in this service is a descriptive method by collecting data based on or in the form of words and pictures.

Abstract

GIG Economyhave new flexible job opportunities especially for women who have dual responsibilities in society.This study aims to examine the influence of the GIG Economy, Human Resource Development, and Digital Communication Strategy on Decent Work in Supporting Sustainable Development (SDGs 8) in Mataram City. Using a sample of 100 female workers respondents who work in the digitalization sector (remote working). The independent variables are the GIG Economy, Human Resource Development, and Digital Communication Strategy with the dependent variable being Decent Work. This type of causal quantitative research uses multiple linear regression analysis as the data processing method. The sampling method is purposive sampling with accidental sampling as the sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The research instrument is tested with validity and reliability tests. Before analyzing the research data, a classical assumption test is first carried out, followed by a t-test and an F-test for drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that the GIG Economy, Human Resource Development, and Digital Communication Strategy have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on Decent Work. This means that job opportunities through the GIG Economy, improving the quality of skills and abilities in utilizing digital platforms collectively become an effective strategy in encouraging the realization of decent work for female workers and directly supporting the successful achievement of SDGs 8 in Mataram City.
