Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen proyek dalam ide bisnis Love Earth Plan (LEP), yang merupakan sebuah inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan mendorong keberlanjutan di dalam industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi aspek-aspek utama dalam manajemen proyek yang terkait dengan implementasi LEP. Pertama, penelitian ini akan membahas identifikasi kebutuhan dan tujuan proyek LEP, termasuk mengidentifikasi masalah lingkungan yang ingin diselesaikan, menetapkan tujuan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang, serta merumuskan strategi untuk mencapainya. Selanjutnya, akan dianalisis aspek penjadwalan proyek, yang melibatkan pengaturan waktu untuk berbagai kegiatan yang terkait dengan LEP, seperti pengembangan produk ramah lingkungan, kampanye sosial, dan kemitraan dengan organisasi lingkungan. Pengalokasian sumber daya juga akan dianalisis, termasuk alokasi anggaran, pengadaan bahan baku yang ramah lingkungan, serta kebutuhan sumber daya manusia dan teknologi. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan menganalisis manajemen risiko dalam konteks LEP, termasuk identifikasi risiko lingkungan dan sosial yang mungkin terjadi, penilaian dampaknya, dan pengembangan strategi mitigasi yang sesuai. Faktor-faktor komunikasi juga akan menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini, dengan menganalisis pentingnya komunikasi efektif antara semua pihak terkait, termasuk konsumen, mitra bisnis, dan masyarakat. Hasil analisis ini akan memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya penerapan manajemen proyek dalam mengelola ide bisnis LEP dengan sukses. Abstract

Technology is a community need, knowing that the internet can help people in many ways such as connectivity and a very wide range, reducing communication costs, interaction, flexibility, and being able to spread knowledge quickly and easily for online transactions. The theory used in this research is Online Customer Reviews, Advertising and Purchase Intention. The variables in this study are divided into two types, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are Online Customer Reviews and Advertising, while the dependent variable in this study is Purchase Interest. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 112 respondents in the sample of TikTok consumers in DKI Jakarta. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The analytical methods used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Regression Analysis Test, T Test and F Test. The test was carried out using the help of SPSS 26. The conclusion of this study is that the results of the data show that there is an effect of online customer reviews on Purchase Intention while advertising is not affected by Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of CEO power, foreign ownership, independence, and voting rights on financial performance in banks with risk-taking as a moderating variable after the financial crisis in 2007-2008. The method used is quantitative using secondary data. The research data source uses the financial statements of Indonesian companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022. Sample collection used a purposive sampling approach. Data was obtained from the company’s financial reports on IDX and official websites. Data analysis uses panel data regression. The author found that CEO power, independence, and bank risk taking had a significant negative effect on the financial performance of banks, while foreign ownership and voting rights did not have an effect on financial performance of banks. This study contributes to the literature on bank governance and risk-taking. The purpose of this empirical analysis is to examine in detail the subject and the dynamics among these variables in the macroeconomic environment of the financial system, particularly with regard to the regulatory and supervisory framework after the financial crisis in 2007-2008.
