Abstract

ABSTRACT Sepahat Village has a beautiful beach called Sepahat Beach, where this beach is always crowded with visitors during the day and at night, because here there is a cafe on the beach sand and a long bridge is provided that leads directly to the open sea, so that when the tide is going up will add to the sensation of relaxing in this cafe and bridge. The purpose of this research is to find out the tourist attraction of Sepahat Beach and to know the potential of the tourist attraction of Sepahat Beach. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in which the researcher tries to describe the actual conditions and circumstances by collecting data and information in the field. The research subjects of this study were the Sepahat village government, the Sepahat Village Bumdes, the Head of the Bengkalis Regency Office and visitors to Sepahat Beach. The research results obtained are that Sepahat Beach has a unique natural attraction that is different from other marine tourism, adequate facilities and infrastructure, road access and strategic location, good socio-cultural community, and supported by interesting activities and events. The potential for the tourist attraction of Sepahat Beach is that it can improve the community's economy, increase regional income, as well as a means of conservation. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance, to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Readiness to Change, to determine the effect of Readiness to Change on Employee Performance, to determine the impact of Transformational Leadership in Improving Employee Performance Through Readiness to Change as a Mediator at PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk. This research is quantitative research. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The research subjects used samples from PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk. totaling 105 employees. Test the validity of the data in this study using Path Analysis, Hypothesis Testing. The results of the study conclude that Transformational Leadership influences employee performance. Transformational Leadership affects Readiness to Change. Readiness to Change affects Employee Performance. Transformational Leadership Affects Employee Performance Through Readiness to Change as Mediator at PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Kesiapan Untuk Berubah, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesiapan Untuk Berubah terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transformational Leadership Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kesiapan Untuk Berubah Sebagai Mediator pada PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui cara penyebaran kuesioner. Subjek penelitian menggunakan sampel dari PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk. yang berjumlah 105 karyawan. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis jalur (Path Analysis), Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Transformational Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Transformational Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Untuk Berubah. Kesiapan Untuk Berubah berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Transformasioanl Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kesiapan Untuk Berubah Sebagai Mediator pada PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk.

Abstract

Education has a central role in improving the quality of human resources, ultimately impacting a nation's progress. Educational institutions and curriculum are the two main factors that determine the effectiveness of the learning process and the readiness of graduates to face the challenges of the world of work, especially in the education sector. However, there are still quality disparities between educational institutions and curriculum implementation that can affect the competence of graduates. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how educational institutions and curricula contribute to improving the quality of human resources in the education sector. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through a literature review from various sources such as journals, articles, and websites. The results show that the sound quality of educational institutions, supported by a relevant and adaptive curriculum, contributes significantly to improving the competence of human resources in the education sector. Implementing a curriculum based on the needs of the education industry, as well as the support of adequate facilities, has proven to produce graduates who are better prepared to face the challenges of the world of work. The benefits of this research are expected to provide insights for educational policymakers in designing a more effective curriculum and encouraging an increase in the standards of educational institutions to produce quality educators.
