Abstract

Kewirausahaan adalah salah satu mata pelajaran yang yang diajarkan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang berfokus pada pembentukan diri peserta didik untuk menjadi wirausaha yang cerdas, kritis, terampil dan berkarakter sesuai dengan semangat wirausaha. Kewirausahan dengan kompetensi dasar membuat keputusan memiliki indikator keberhasilan yang rendah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 80,41% siswa mengalami ketidaktuntasan dalam belajar atau dengan kata lain ketuntasan klasikalnya hanya mencapai 19,59%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar analisis SWOT pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Semarang, maka dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan metode talking chips dengan bantuan media audio visual. Prosedur penelitian ini merupakan siklus kegiatan yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil  penelitian diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada siklus I sebesar 82,80 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 87,10%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siklus II sebesar 88,59 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 100%. Adapun aktivitas siswa terhadap pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 72,50% dan pada siklus II mencapai peningkatan sebesar 10%  menjadi 82,50%. Sedangkan kinerja guru pada siklus I mencapai 75% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 78,57%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 materi pokok analisis SWOT dengan menggunakan metode kooperatif talking chips. Kata Kunci: Keaktifan, Hasil Belajar, Metode Talking Chips, Analisis SWOTEntrepreneurship is one of the subjects taught at the Vocational School (SMK), which focuses on the formation of self-learners to become entrepreneurs who are intelligent, critical, skilled and character in accordance with the spirit of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship with basic competence to make decisions has a low success indicators. Problems in the study were as much as 80.41% students having not completed in learning or in other words, classical completeness only reached 19.59%. The purpose of this study is to improve the activity and learning outcomes of SWOT analysis in class X SMK Negeri 2 Semarang, then conducted classroom action research using the talking chips with the help of audio visual media. The procedure of this research is a cyclical activity that consists of two cycles, each cycle includes planning, implementation of the action, observation and reflection. The results obtained by an average of students cognitive learning outcomes in the first cycle by 82.80 by 87.10% classical completeness. The average results study of the second cycle by 88.59 by 100%. The activities of the students towards learning in cycle by 72.50% and in cycle II reached an increase of 10% to 82.50%. While the performance of teachers in first cyle reached 75% and in the second cycle increased to 78.57%. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that an increase in activity and learning outcomes of students in class X  SMK Negeri 2 Semarang subject matter a SWOT analysis by using cooperative methods talking chips. Keywords: Active, Result learning, Methods of Talking Chips. Abstract

This study aimed to explain the effect of the utilization of information technology and the role of lecturers in accounting learning on the value of conservation character and academic performance of "Generation Z" students, both directly and indirectly through mediation. The population in this study was selected purposively with a sample of 185 accounting education students in 2015. This research used a mixed methods approach and the type of research was a case study. The test results directly indicated the utilization of information technology and affected the academic performance of Generation Z students. The role of lecturers in accounting learning affected the academic performance of Generation Z students. The utilization of information technology affected the value of conservation character. In addition, the role of lecturers in accounting learning also affected the value of conservation character. There was an effect of the conservation character value on the academic performance of generation Z students. Mediation testing also showed the effect of the utilization of information technology on the academic performance of generation Z students through conservation character values. The role of lecturers in accounting learning affected the academic performance of generation Z students through the value of conservation character. This research is expected to contribute both to practice and in the theoretical realm. For educators and generation Z, it should be wise to use information technology by paying attention to conservation values. For the theoretical realm, it is necessary to continue to develop and study this topic in different sectors.

Abstract

The aims of this study to determine the direct and indirect effect of independent learning on critical thinking skills with learning motivation as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. This type of research is ex-post facto, with the sampling process using simple random sampling. The method of analysis used the normality test, linearity test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, path analysis, and descriptive analysis. The results showed that independent learning has a positive and significant direvt effect on learning motivation by 78,3 %. Learning motivation has a positive and significant direct effect on critical thinking skills by 61%. Learning independence has a positive and significant effect directly on the ability to think critically by 28,9%. Learning independence has a positive and significant indirect effect on critical thinking skills with learning motivation as an intervening variable of 47,8%. This shows that the good independent learning of students and good motivation to learn, it is able to improve the critical thinking skills of good students.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the researcher's perception of research financial responsibility system, what factors make researchers feel difficulties and objections in conducting financial reports, and how to develop strategies to improve literacy of researchers' understanding to prepare financial reports. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. The research location is at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The total informants were 33 researchers who were taken by the technique of purposive sampling. Methods of data collection used interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of study indicated that the preparation of accountability reports was very important in research, because it helped in monitoring the use of research funds, controlling expenditures, and making the use of research funds more effective and efficient. The obstacles that researchers face in preparing financial statements were the limited time of researchers, some expenses that could not be reported in the accountability system, as well as various regulatory changes. Efforts to overcome existing obstacles by reporting and consulting with related parties, namely the finance department, involved a team that was competent in finance and asked for help from related administrative staff and improved the financial literacy of researchers.

Abstract

Penelitian kuasi eksperimen ini memberikan sebuah treatment yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan identitas kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa melalui proyek kewirausahaan yang telah dirancang. Penerapan Black Box Thinking dengan salah satu instrumen berupa Diary Observasi dilaksanakan dalam Proyek Kewirausahaan selama 60 hari. Kelompok eksperimen dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di kelas internasional dan kelas reguler Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi yang sedang menempuh matakuliah Kewirausahaan. Data diuji dengan Paired T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelas eksperimen mengalami kenaikan identitas kewirausahaan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perbaikan desain pengajaran di kelas kewirausahaan dengan mempertimbangkan desain bisnis mahasiswa yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Vocational Education Package C program implemented by PKBM Bina Warga Kab. Kendal has been proven to have excellent entrepreneurial spirit outcomes. However, there are still major shortcomings in the field of blended learning-based education management. This article describes the picture of the completion of non-formal entrepreneurial learning solutions that are very important to open new jobs. The concept of vocational long-life education is intended as an equality-based education at the level organized by PKBM Bina Warga Kendal. The method of devotion carried out to alleviate the solution is to provide a series of Entrepreneurial Web-based training activities, namely learning websites as well as a web marketing for entrepreneurial training products. The result of the devotion carried out is a new pattern in conducting entrepreneurship and marketing training compared to before the activity was carried out. The new pattern is the existence of digital marketing learning as well as strengthening the character of entrepreneurship through technology. The advice that can be given after the implementation of devotion is the existence of digital marketing training as a strengthening of entrepreneurship in the field of marketing using existing websites and other platforms. Program Paket C Pendidikan Vokasi yang dilaksanakan oleh PKBM Bina Warga Kabupaten Kendal sudah terbukti memiliki outcome jiwa wirausaha yang sangat baik. Akan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan utamanya dalam bidang pengelolaan pendidikan berbasis Blended learning. Artikel ini menjelaskan gambaran penyelesaian solusi pembelajaran kewirausahaan non formal yang sangat penting dalam rangka membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru. Konsep vocational long-life education dimaksudkan sebagai pendidikan berbasis kesetaraan dalam jenjang yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Bina Warga Kendal. Adapun metode pengabdian yang dilakukan untuk mengentaskan solusi tersebut adalah dengan memberikan serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan Entrepreneurial Web based, yaitu website pembelajaran sekaligus di dalamnya adalah web pemasaran untuk produk hasil pelatihan kewirausahaan. Hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah adanya pola baru dalam melakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pemasaran dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan. Pola baru tersebut adalah adanya pembelajaran digital marketing sekaligus penguatan karakter kewirausahaan melalui teknologi. Adapun saran yang bisa diberikan pasca pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah adanya pelatihan digital marketing sebagai penguatan kewirausahaan dalam bidang pemasaran menggunakan Website yang sudah ada maupun platform lainnya.

Abstract

Sebagai sebuah lembaga Pendidikan Non-Formal (PNF) pusat kegiatan belajar mengajar (PKBM) Bina Warga Kabupaten Kendal berperan dalam memperluas kesempatan warga masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan mental untuk mengembangkan diri dan bekerja. PKBM Bina Warga berfokus pada keterampilan kewirausahan dalam program pendidikan kecakapan wirausaha dimana 30 persen alumni mampu berwirausaha. Dalam menunjang proses program pendidikan kecakapan wirausaha PKBM Bina Warga mendirikan tempat magang dan pelatihan berupa unit usaha Nawa Coffee. Pengelola PKBM mengharapkan agar unit usaha di PKBM dibentuk koperasi guna mempercepat mengumpulkan modal, sehingga usahanya bisa cepat berkembang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terlaksana pada tanggal pada hari Selasa 28 September 2021 bertempat di Nawa Coffee secara luring yang dihadiri oleh 16 orang pengelola Nawa Coffee dan perwakilan siswa PKBM. Dikarenakan pandemi covid 19 sehingga seperta harus dibatasi menyesuikan kapasitas ruangan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan pengelola unit usaha Nawa Coffee memahami dan merealisasikan pendirian koperasi sehingga dapat terwujudnya koperasi pada unit usaha PKBM. Kata kunci— PKBM, kewirausahaan, koperasi Abstract As a non-formal education institution (PNF), the Center for Teaching and Learning Activities (PKBM) Bina Warga Kendal Regency plays a role in expanding opportunities for community members to increase their knowledge, skills and mentality to develop themselves and work. PKBM Bina Warga focuses on entrepreneurship skills in an entrepreneurial skills education program where 30 percent of alumni are able to become entrepreneurs. In supporting the entrepreneurial skills education program process, PKBM Bina Warga established an internship and training place in the form of the Nawa Coffee business unit. The PKBM manager hopes that the PKBM business unit will form a cooperative in order to speed up raising capital, so that the business can develop quickly. This community service activity was carried out on Tuesday 28 September 2021 at Nawa Coffee offline which was attended by 16 Nawa Coffee managers and PKBM student representatives. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems that it must be limited according to room capacity. Through this activity, it is hoped that the manager of the Nawa Coffee business unit understands and realizes the establishment of a cooperative so that a cooperative can be realized in the PKBM business unit. Keywords— PKBM, entrepreneurship, cooperatives

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation, product innovation, and marketing capabilities on marketing performance on stone craft craftsmen in Sedayu Village, Muntilan District, Magelang Regency. The population in this research is 90, with saturated samples techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis through the SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed that market orientation, product innovation, marketing capability have a significant positive effect on marketing performance, either partially or simultaneously. Variables of market orientation, product innovation, and marketing capabilities simultaneously affected marketing performance by 47.4%. While partially market orientation had the greatest influence on marketing performance by 14.30%, product innovation had an effect of 5.10%, and marketing capabilities had an effect on marketing performance by 6.20%.
