Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of job training, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee professionalism at work. The sample in this study were 79 employees at the Bangkalan Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The data processing application uses SPSS version 22. The results show that simultaneously by using the F test, the variables between job training, work discipline, and organizational commitment affect employee professionalism, while partially by using the t test, job training variables, work discipline, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee professionalism at KPP Pratama Bangkalan

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the work environment, the quality of human resources and leadership style on employee performance at work. The sample in this study were 79 employees at the Bangkalan Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the work environment variables, the quality of human resources and leadership style have an effect on employee performance, while partially the work environment variables, the quality of human resources and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance in the Bangkalan Tax Service Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze to determine the age segmentation of donors on demand for donations in the Human Initiative. Where are legal institutions that form a community to collect donations, which can be accessed through social media and make it easier for the community to channel aid. The Human Initiative moves to help in the form of social activities, and distributes assistance to underprivileged communities, or communities affected by natural disasters in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method which makes it easier for readers to find out the actual donor data, and is processed using an average calculation to find out the final result. with a sample collection technique taken from some of the donor data in 2019-2020 and 2021-2022, of course the population in the Human Initiative. In the calculation results in 2019-2020 age segmentation from 20-60 years, the results show that the average age of donors is 32, and the calculation of age segmentation in 2021-2022 with ages from 20-50 years, resulting from an average age of 32 years . Thus, it can be said that at 4 years, the age segmentation of Donors is in the interest of Donation with an average age of 32 years.

Abstract

Stress is something that can be experienced by employees and staff who work in any sector (education, health or economic sectors). This research analyzes stress through the variables 1) Role Overload, (2) Role Conflict,(3) Role Ambiguity, (4) Work Family Conflict which influences Turnover Invention through the influence of the Performance variable. This research used a total of 240 respondents who were divided into 5 characteristics, namely Age, Gender, Position, Age and Education Level. The results of this research are that Role Overload, Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity and Work Family Conflict have a negative effect on Performance. On the other hand, the stress variable has a positive effect on Turnover Invention. Employee performance has a negative effect on Turnover Invention. Keywords: Stress, Performance, Turnover Invention
