Abstract

This study examines the effect of organizational commitment, leadership, and compensation on employee performance. The sample in this study were 40 employees at PT Tustlog Total Solusindo in Surabaya. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of organizational commitment, leadership and compensation had an effect on employee performance, while partially leadership and compensation variables had a positive effect on employee performance, while the organizational commitment variable had no effect on employee performance at PT Trustlog Total Solusindo Surabaya. And the most dominant variable in its influence on employee performance is the leadership variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual factors and individual behavior on employee performance at PT. Naga Aries Teknologi Surabaya. The research is aimed to employees of PT. Naga Aries Teknologi. Research respondents amounted to 45 people with the type of research sample selection, namely the sampling method in this study using saturated sampling techniques. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done when the population is relatively small. The research method used is a survey using questionnaire with reference to the Likert scale and type of research is exploratory research. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The data processing stage uses IBM Version 25 Statistical Application Solution (SPSS). The results showed that simultaneously, individual factors and individual behavior simultaneously influence the performance of PT. Naga Aries Teknologi. Abstract

while the East Java Regional Police, which is referred to as the East Java Regional Police, is the executor of duties and the authority of the Indonesian National Police in the area of East Java Province which is under the National Police Chief. By prioritizing the Vision and Mission of the East Java Regional Police, to optimize better public services (towards the excellent stage) internal business processes and external outcomes are needed in order to improve performance and strategic achievements in a sustainable manner in action. To measure and improve the performance of the public sector, it is necessary to choose a comprehensive performance measurement technique, namely the Balanced Scorecard, so that it can be used by public sector organizations, the Balanced Scorecard needs to be modified. This study aims to understand and examine the application of the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The steps taken in this research are collecting, classifying, presenting, and processing data. After that, make a systematic, accurate, and factual description of the facts of the object under study. This research uses the East Java Regional Police Performance Report for 2021, with innovative developments in the application of a performance measurement system that can be implemented by work units. The results of the study show a summary of perspectives into three namely the stakeholder or customer perspective, internal business processes and learning and growth perspective. It can be concluded that the implementation of the balanced scorecard as a whole is good as indicated by the determination of the perspective and achievement of the Key Performance Indicators (IKU), which have been aligned with the organizational strategy and its implementation encourage the achievement of performance targets so that it encourages improvement and better performance improvement in the future.

Abstract

Research purposes intended to test and analyze the influence of competence, discipline work simultaneously and partial against the employee performance. The methodology descriptive quantitative. Testing statistics in research using analysis linear regression multiple. The number of respondents 32 civil servants in a public service Veteriner Farma Center. Samples taken of the population target to technique data collection wearing e-questionnaire. The result showed that competence in partial will not affect performance, discipline influential strong work on performance. Simultaneously competence and discipline work impact on the employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of job training, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee professionalism at work. The sample in this study were 79 employees at the Bangkalan Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The data processing application uses SPSS version 22. The results show that simultaneously by using the F test, the variables between job training, work discipline, and organizational commitment affect employee professionalism, while partially by using the t test, job training variables, work discipline, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee professionalism at KPP Pratama Bangkalan

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the work environment, the quality of human resources and leadership style on employee performance at work. The sample in this study were 79 employees at the Bangkalan Tax Service Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the work environment variables, the quality of human resources and leadership style have an effect on employee performance, while partially the work environment variables, the quality of human resources and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance in the Bangkalan Tax Service Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze to determine the age segmentation of donors on demand for donations in the Human Initiative. Where are legal institutions that form a community to collect donations, which can be accessed through social media and make it easier for the community to channel aid. The Human Initiative moves to help in the form of social activities, and distributes assistance to underprivileged communities, or communities affected by natural disasters in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method which makes it easier for readers to find out the actual donor data, and is processed using an average calculation to find out the final result. with a sample collection technique taken from some of the donor data in 2019-2020 and 2021-2022, of course the population in the Human Initiative. In the calculation results in 2019-2020 age segmentation from 20-60 years, the results show that the average age of donors is 32, and the calculation of age segmentation in 2021-2022 with ages from 20-50 years, resulting from an average age of 32 years . Thus, it can be said that at 4 years, the age segmentation of Donors is in the interest of Donation with an average age of 32 years.

Abstract

Stress is something that can be experienced by employees and staff who work in any sector (education, health or economic sectors). This research analyzes stress through the variables 1) Role Overload, (2) Role Conflict,(3) Role Ambiguity, (4) Work Family Conflict which influences Turnover Invention through the influence of the Performance variable. This research used a total of 240 respondents who were divided into 5 characteristics, namely Age, Gender, Position, Age and Education Level. The results of this research are that Role Overload, Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity and Work Family Conflict have a negative effect on Performance. On the other hand, the stress variable has a positive effect on Turnover Invention. Employee performance has a negative effect on Turnover Invention. Keywords: Stress, Performance, Turnover Invention
