Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect job characteristic model, empowerment and motivation of job performance state elementary school operator in east jakarta. this research tried to answer problems about job characteristic model with evidence increasing of service operator school. the research was conducted on job performance state elementary school operator in east jakarta involving of 238 state elementary school operator had been selected from the target populations of 588 state elementary school operator by using quantitative approach with path analysis methods. the research of hypothesis testing show; (1) job characteristic model had a direct effect positif on job performance, (2) empowerment had a direct effect positif on job performance, (3) motivation had a direct effect positif on job performance, (4) job characteristic had a direct effect positif on motivation, (5) empowerment had a direct effect positif on motivation, therefore to improve the job perfromance state elementary school operator in east jakarta, need to increase job charactersitic model, empowerment and motivation.

Abstract

Tomatoes undergo distinct ripeness stages, typically categorized into ripe, semi-ripe, and unripe phases. Traditional methods for assessing ripeness often face challenges in accuracy due to difficulties in comparing variables and subjective interpretations. This study proposes an innovative approach to classify tomato ripeness using a dataset of 200 tomato images and employs a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) for precise classification. The experimental results demonstrate that the RNN-based model achieves a 95.0% accuracy rate in identifying ripeness stages, significantly outperforming conventional methods. This high level of accuracy highlights the model's potential to minimize errors and provide reliable assessments of tomato maturity. The proposed method offers a robust and efficient solution for agricultural applications, enabling improved quality control and harvest timing. Future research could explore the integration of additional data sources or advanced machine learning techniques to further enhance the model's performance and applicability across diverse agricultural contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing and product innovation on customer loyalty at D'Bago Cijeruk shop with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Customer loyalty is an important aspect for business continuity and growth, especially in the competitive food and beverage industry. Through a quantitative approach, data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were customers of Kedai D'Bago Cijeruk.The results of the analysis show that experiential marketing and product innovation have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is also proven to have a positive effect on customer loyalty. This study concludes that the positive experiences gained by customers through experiential marketing and product innovation can increase satisfaction, which in turn increases customer loyalty. Therefore, D'Bago Cijeruk shop is advised to continue to improve experiential marketing strategies and innovate products to maintain and increase customer loyalty.
