Abstract

Kegiatan praktikum dalam pembelajaran biologi sangat penting dan tingginya harapan yang digantungkan terhadap praktikum untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, maka kegiatan praktikum harus dapat dilaksanakan dengan maksimal. Namun, kenyataannya pelaksanaan praktikum tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Hal ini dikarenakan kendala yang muncul dari berbagai aspek. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan praktikum biologi secara mendalam. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan praktikum biologi di kelas XI SMAN 1 Praya Timur tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Populasi dalam penelitian terdiri dari 91 siswa kelas XI MIA SMAN 1 Praya Timur. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel total. Data diperoleh melalui angket, observasi, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yang terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator minat siswa terhadap praktikum, waktu pelaksanaan praktikum, tahap pelaksanaan praktikum, dan tahap penutup termasuk kategori baik. Kemudian, indikator kondisi laboratorium termasuk kategori cukup dan indikator tahap persiapan praktikum termasuk kategori sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, pelaksanaan praktikum Biologi di kelas XI SMAN 1 Praya Timur termasuk kategori baik.

Abstract

Character education is a very complex discussion in the world of education. Moral formation is a must for every individual. Character education is an important aspect in student development, because it does not only focus on academic achievement but also forms individuals who are moral and have noble character. Character education helps students develop values such as respect, responsibility, honesty, caring, and justice. This research aims to describe Al-Ghazali's thoughts as a basis for developing character education in schools and describe the concept of Al- Ghazali's thoughts on character education. The method used in this research is the library research method, namely a data collection method by understanding several literature related to research. The results of this research show that there is an instillation of moral values in schools which are based on Al-Ghazali's thoughts such as the values of honesty, self-control and simplicity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience on work discipline at the Sharia Bank PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani Tembung, both partially and simultaneously. This research approach is associative. The population is all employees and the sample is 19 employees. Data collection techniques in this research used interview techniques, documentation studies, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 29.00. Partially, the work experience variable has a significant effect on work discipline at the Sharia Bank PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani Tembung. Simultaneously, the work experience variable has a significant effect on work discipline at Bank Syariah PT. BPRS Puduarta Insani Tembung.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in the Islamic perspective is not solely profit-oriented, but also emphasizes spiritual values, ethics, and social responsibility. This research was conducted due to the urgency of building a holistic understanding of the role of Islamic entrepreneurship in shaping a just and sustainable economic system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the motivations and characteristics of entrepreneurs in Islam, as well as to examine the strategic role of entrepreneurship in the lives of Muslim individuals and communities. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data sources are obtained from primary and secondary literature such as the Qur'an, hadith, books, and scholarly journals on Islamic economics and entrepreneurship. The results indicate that the primary motivation of a Muslim entrepreneur is not merely profit-seeking but also to attain the pleasure of Allah, improve the welfare of the ummah, and fulfill social responsibilities. The main characteristics required include honesty, trustworthiness, hard work, innovation, and a strong commitment to moral values and social benefit. This research is significant in providing a conceptual framework for the development of entrepreneurship based on Islamic values, both in education and in practical economic activity. It is expected to foster entrepreneurs who are not only financially successful but also contribute positively to society and national development.

Abstract

This paper examines the strategies, obstacles, and solutions employed by Akidah Akhlak teachers in shaping students’ responsible attitudes. The study uses a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that teachers apply several strategies, including the use of rewards and punishments, motivational efforts, and personal approaches to students. Obstacles in forming responsible attitudes arise from students’ individual personalities, lack of parental support, and negative peer influences. To address these challenges, teachers implement solutions such as strengthening cooperation with parents, building intensive communication, fostering positive thinking, and providing supportive guidance when assigning tasks. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the teacher’s role in cultivating students’ responsibility and emphasizes the crucial involvement of parents in supporting the development of responsible attitudes in students.

Abstract

Teacher welfare is a key factor in improving the quality of education, but to date it remains a fundamental issue both globally and nationally. Although the Indonesian government has allocated significant funding for education, including professional allowances as a means of improving teacher professionalism and welfare, the reality on the ground shows that the welfare gap is still very pronounced. Civil servant teachers tend to earn a stable income, while millions of contract teachers still face economic constraints that affect their motivation and performance. At the same time, technological developments and the digitization of education have opened up opportunities for teachers to develop edupreneurship as a strategy for increasing income and developing competencies. However, teachers' ability to participate in educational entrepreneurship activities is greatly influenced by their level of welfare, including the effectiveness of education funding and the distribution of professional allowances. This study aims to analyze the role of education funding and professional allowances as determinants of teacher welfare, as well as how this welfare affects teacher participation in edupreneurship as a form of economic empowerment. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, this study found that improved teacher welfare has a strong correlation with their ability to innovate, develop digital skills, and engage in edupreneurship activities. These findings emphasize the need for more equitable, sustainable, and responsive education financing policies that address teachers' needs in order to support professional empowerment while improving the quality of national education.
