Abstract

Pengaruh Minat Belajar Siswa dan Persepsi Siswa atas Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Sosiologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar sosiologi, (2) pengaruh persepsi siswa atas kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap hasil belajar sosiologi, (3) pengaruh minat belajar siswa dan persepsi siswa atas kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap hasil belajar sosiologi secara bersama-sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey tekhnik analisis linear berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan minat belajar siswa dan persepsi siswa atas kompetensi kepribadian guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar sosiologi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,000< 0,05 dan Fh = 10,778. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar sosiologi siswa MA Swasta Serang Banten. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,005< 0,05 dan th= 2,934.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher personality competence on learning interest and students' perceptions of Madrasah Aliyah on sociology learning achievement. is to find out (1) the effect of student learning interest on sociology learning outcomes, (2) the effect of student perceptions of teacher personality competence on sociology learning outcomes, (3) the influence of student learning interest and student perceptions of teacher personality competence on sociology learning outcomes together -The same. The research method used was a survey with multiple linear analysis techniques. Test the hypothesis using multiple linear tests. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence of students' learning interest and students' perceptions of the teacher's personality competence together on sociology learning achievement. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fh = 10.778. There is a significant influence of students' learning interest on sociology learning achievement of MA Private MA students in Serang Banten. Abstract

This research aims not only to validate the researchers' assumptions, but rather the aim of the research, namely: to find out how to use creative educational game media in training the social skills of PAUD children in Kemas Nusa Indah, Baros District. so as to be able to make early childhood education active in directing students to be able to actualize learning within themselves and the environment in which they find themselves. The research model was carried out based on data preparation according to Miles and Huberman, the stages followed were data reduction, data display and conclusions. The data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. in training the social skills of PAUD children in Kemas Nusa Indah, Baros District, due to the lack of professional staff, children still have to adapt to social game activities, they still need training in developing creative game media that can stimulate children's social skills, explore personal competence, social competence. and pedagogical competence as well as conducting outreach or training in order to develop a variety of game media that can stimulate the development of children's social skills

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Islamic law during the reign of Umar ibn al-Khattab, a pivotal phase in the historical development of the Islamic political system. Umar, the second caliph after the Prophet Muhammad, was known for his success in integrating the principles of Sharia into a solid and well-organized governmental structure. This research focuses on his leadership biography, legal thought, and strategic policies enacted throughout his caliphate. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review, the study reveals that Umar upheld Islamic law not only through textual adherence to the Qur’an and Sunnah but also through dynamic ijtihad to address emerging social, economic, and political challenges. Notable innovations included the reform of war booty (ghanimah) land distribution, the suspension of hudud punishments during famine, the establishment of an independent judicial system, and the creation of financial and administrative institutions. Umar also formed the Majlis al-Shura (consultative council), instituted the Hijri calendar, and implemented taxation systems and social security policies. These reforms laid a foundational framework for the development of fiqh al-siyasah (Islamic political jurisprudence) and Islamic governance. The study concludes that the caliphate of Umar ibn al-Khattab marked the beginning of institutionalized Islamic law—dynamic, contextual, and firmly rooted in the principles of justice and public welfare
