Abstract

The managerial ability of the principal is very necessary in the learning process among planning, organizing, driving, and supervising. That ability is to prepare teachers in carrying out a better learning performance process. In addition, that ability is also to find out and explore the independence of students in learning while still being guided by the vision, mission, and educational goals that have been formulated. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's managerial ability and teacher performance on the learning independence of students in the implementation of PTMT during the Covid-19 pandemic in MTs. Negeri 2 Kediri either simultaneously and also partially. The instrument used is a questionnaire which related to the managerial ability of the principal, teacher performance, and student learning independence. The instrument was analyzed using the SPSS application to find the relationship between variables related to data quality tests, prerequisite tests for linear regression analysis, and analysis of research hypothesis testing. The results stated that there was a significant simultaneous and partially effect between the managerial ability of the principal, and the teacher's performance on the learning independence of students in the implementation of PTMT pandemic at MTs. Abstract

This study aims to analyze -- (Qris) with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach which is expanded by adding subjective norms and perceptions of security as exogenous variables. Subjective norms are hypothesized to influence intention to use, either directly or indirectly through endogenous variables in TAM. Meanwhile, the perceived security variable is hypothesized to have a direct effect. Overall the proposed hypothesis forms a research framework in the structural equation model (SEM). Empirical data was obtained through an online survey of 233 respondents who answered 23 complete questionnaire questions. The selection of respondents was determined using a purposive-non-probability sampling approach from active users of the Quick Response Indonesia Standard (Qris) at various banks in East Java whose population size is unknown. The software used to inform that all the indicators used meet the validity and reliability criteria, the research model meets the suitability criteria. The five TAM variables and their extensions have a positive and acceptable effect on intention to use. The biggest influence of the antecedent variables on the intention to use successively is subjective norm, perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived ease of use, and the smallest is perceived security.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate how a cashless society, lifestyle, and financial literacy affect Kediri City students' purchasing habits. Using an explanatory design and a quantitative research approach, the population consisted of Kediri City university students who regularly use non-cash payment methods. Purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling approach, was used, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents. Likert scale-based questionnaires were used to collect data. With the use of the SmartPLS software, SEM-PLS analysis was used to test hypotheses. The findings indicate that “the concept of a Cashless Society exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on student consumer behavior”. Similarly, Lifestyle demonstrates a significant and positive effect, while Financial Literacy also significantly impacts consumer behavior among students in Kediri City.
