Abstract

Penelitian sebelumnya telah berhasil melakukan penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Efisiensi Modal Kerja, Likuiditas, dan Solvabilitas terhadap Profitabilitas dengan objek penelitian adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 1998-2002 (Nurgraeni, 2005). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis regregi berganda liniear dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel efisiensi modal kerja (working capital turnover) dan solvabilitas (total dept to total capital assets) yang berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (return on investment). SHasil penelitian menunjukkan jika variabel likuiditas dan solvabilitas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profotabilitas (Sumarlin, 2021). Selanjutnya, Astrid Nurmayangsari juga melaporkan bahwa likuiditas dan solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada profitabilitas, namun secara simultam keduanya memiliki pengaruh dignifikan terhadap profabilitas perusahaan sub sektor semen yang terdaftar di BEI (Nurmayangsari, 2021). Lebih lanjut, Fatma Widyaningsih juga telah melaporkan pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar pada BEI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika secara simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh terhadap probabilitas, namun berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas adalah hanya likuiditas dan aktivitas (Widyaningsih, 2016). Berdasarkan paparan masalah dan penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dijelaskan di atas, peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji ulang pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas dan aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas. Objek penelitian yang dipilih adalah Sub sektor Semen yang Terdaftar di BEI, karena seb sektor ini termasuk dalam sub sektor manufaktor yang mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengajukan judul “Pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas, terhadap Profitabilitas Industri Dasar dan Kimia Subsektor Semen yang Terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2020”.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the influence of promotion through social media (X) on the decision to visit Menange Rambang Tourism, Surabaya Village, East Sakra District, East Lombok Regency. The sample used in this research was 30 respondents. The data analysis method used was simple linear regression including prerequisite assumption tests. Based on the results of the regression test, it was found that promotion through social media (X) had a significant effect on the decision to visit Menange Rambang Tourism, Surabaya Village, East Sakra District, East Lombok Regency (Y). This is proven by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 in a positive direction. The promotion variable through social media (X) influences the decision to visit Menange Rambang Tourism, Surabaya Village, East Sakra District, East Lombok Regency (Y) by 37.3%, while 62, 7% is influenced by variables outside of observation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the influence of Village Financial Management (X) on the welfare of the Greneng Village Community, East Sakra District, East Lombok Regency. The sample used in this research was 30 respondents. The data analysis method used was simple linear regression including prerequisite assumption tests. Based on the results of the regression test, it was found that Village Financial Management (X) had a significant effect on the Welfare of the Greneng Village Community, East Sakra District, East Lombok Regency (Y). This is proven by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 in a positive direction. The Village Financial Management Variable (X) influences Community Welfare (Y) by 39.8%, while 60.2% is influenced by variables outside of observation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of employees and staff at the Gereneng Village Office, East Sakra District. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees and staff at the Gereneng Village Office. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to find out how much influence competence and motivation have on employee performance. The research results show that competence and motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. High competency in employees is directly proportional to their increased performance. Apart from that, good motivation has also been proven to improve employee performance. The combination of adequate competence and high motivation produces optimal employee performance. These findings indicate that to improve the performance of employees and staff at the Gereneng Village Office, efforts are needed to increase competency through training and development as well as effective motivation management. In this way, it is hoped that employees and staff can work more productively and provide better services to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the influence of macroeconomics, namely inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates, on the development of the e-commerce stock price index in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, including classical assumption tests. The results of the research state that macroeconomics influences the development of the e-commerce stock price index (BUKA), this is proven by the sig value of 0.593 > 0.05 in a positive direction, for the exchange rate variable it was also found that the results did not have a significant influence on the development of the e-commerce stock price index (BUKA), this is proven by the sig value of 0.225 > 0. 05 in a negative direction. In contrast, for the exchange rate variable, a partial test found that the results had a significant impact on the development of the e-commerce stock price index (BUKA), this is proven by a sig value of 0.001 < 0 .05 with a negative direction for simultaneous testing it was found that the variables inflation, exchange rate and interest rates together had an impact on the development of the e-commerce stock price index (BUKA), this was proven by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The variables inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate influence the evolution of the e-commerce stock price index (BUKA) by 68.6%, while variables outside the observation influence 31.4%.
