Abstract

One of the tourist attractions of Malang City's Kedungkandang Village is Rolak Educational Park. The Kedungkandang community is in charge of managing and developing the park, which is located alongside the Amprong river. The appeal of Rolak Educational Park Tourism significantly decreased during the covid-19 pandemic. Increasing the viability of Rolak Educational Park Tourism as one of the tourist attractions in Kedungkandang Village, Malang City, is the goal of this act of community service. The approach employed is one of planning, carrying out, and supervising. A new icon at the Rolak Kedungkandang Educational Park was created as a result of this volunteer work in the community, which led to the creation of the first picture location. At the Rolak Educational Park, the creation of photo locations has boosted tourists' interest in exploring.

Abstract

Tanah di Desa Sidorejo Purwoharjo merupakan jenis tanah lempung dengan nilai indeks plastisitas yang tinggi dan daya dukung rendah. Hal ini menyebabkan masalah pada infrastruktur, salah satunya keretakan pada rumah. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan sifat tanah dengan penambahan bahan stabilisasi, salah satunya menggunakan abu kayu. Tujuan penambahan abu kayu pada stabilisasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya dalam nilai kuat tekan bebas. Penelitian ini menggunakan campuran abu kayu dengan persentase sebesar 15% dari berat tanah dan variasi waktu pemeraman yaitu selama 0 hari, 1 hari, 4 hari, 7 hari dan 14 hari. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan bebas, didapatkan nilai kuat tekan (qu) pada waktu pemeraman 0 hari sebesar 49,25 kN/m2. Setelah dilakukan penambahan variasi waktu pemeraman hingga 14 hari diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa abu kayu sebagai bahan stabilisasi dapat meningkatkan nilai kuat tekan bebas tanah. Nilai kuat tekan (qu) tertinggi dihasilkan pada campuran abu kayu 15% dengan variasi waktu pemeraman 7 hari yaitu sebesar 79,70 kN/m2.
