Abstract

P2TL monitoring system at PT. PLN (Persero) North Makassar Area against electricity theft there are several obstacles faced by the P2TL team, where many people commit fraud to gain profits so that technology for monitoring violations is needed to minimize the occurrence of electricity theft at PLN. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by using data collection methods namely observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The programming language used is Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL as the database. The system design in this study uses Agile methods and black box testing. This research produces a Website-Based Electric Theft Violation Monitoring Application. Based on the results of the feasibility test of the system, the final results obtained an average of 87.19% of respondents strongly agree with the existence of the system.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the role of the Village Secretary in Public Administration Services in Lumpoknyo Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. The research method uses primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. The technique used is statistical analysis using statistical formulas (percentages) that are used to describe the results of the study. The calculation of the data is given a score based on the type of data collected, namely qualitative data which is then converted into quantitative. After selecting the data, then giving a score weight for each alternative answer in scoring using a Likert Scale. Then determine the variables measured based on the indicators studied. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents that the Role of the Village Secretary in General Administrative Services in Lumpoknyo Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency, based on the rating scale, was classified as good with a Secretary Role score of 76.78% and General Administration Services 76.13%.

Abstract

Salah satu data yang dibutuhkan pemerintah desa adalah data PRODESKEL (Profil Desa dan Kelurahan). Maka Prodeskel merupakan gambaran menyeluruh tentang karakteristik desa dan kelurahan, yang termasuk data dasar keluarga, potensi SDA (Sumber Daya Alam), SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia), Organisasi, Prasarana dan Sarana, serta tren kemajuan dan masalah yang dihadapi desa dan kelurahan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendorong percepatan pemutakhiran data profil Desa Awu Kecamatan Luwuk Utara Kabupaten Banggai Tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian adalah melalui pendekatan kolaborasi antara Pemerintah Desa dan Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam kesempatan ini diwakili oleh dosen dan mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data, dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yaitu: Kajian data sekunder, Wawancara, Kuesioner. Dengan adanya profil desa yang ter mutakhirkan Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Desa Awu bisa memahami seluruh aspek data yang berkenaan dengan musyawarah desa atau tentang pembangunan.

Abstract

Weather prediction, particularly rainfall potential, plays a crucial role in supporting airport operations to minimize the risk of flight disruptions, particularly in coastal areas prone to extreme weather. This study aims to provide practical solutions for airport managers in anticipating operational disruptions due to rainfall by utilizing historical data and probabilistic models for weather condition classification. Rain potential prediction is performed using radiosonde index data representing atmospheric lability conditions, namely the Lifted Index (LI), K-Index (KI), Showalter Index (SI), and Total Totals Index (TT) as predictor variables. Data were obtained from the Tunggul Wulung Cilacap Meteorological Station database for the 2020–2024 period, then used in the model training and evaluation process by handling missing values and measuring performance using a confusion matrix. The results show that the Naïve Bayes machine learning method is capable of producing a rainfall potential prediction model with an accuracy of 71.56%. These findings are expected to support more timely and efficient decision-making and have the potential to be applied in an early warning system based on actual observations for disaster mitigation.
