Abstract

Tujuan utama pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Malei Tojo Kecamatan Tojo Barat Kabupaten Tojo Una Una. Dalam mengembangan potensi pendataan administrasi pertanahan di Desa. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode pratispatif dimana seluruh kegiatan di lakukan dengan melibatkan seluruh masyarakat dan Aparatur Desa. Adapun pelaksanana kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi mengenai manfaat pendampingan pendataan administrasi pertanahan. Pemaparan materi juga dilakukan dengan pelatihan teknis yang dijelaskkan secara langsung di Kantor Desa bersama masyarakat terkait cara pendataan administrasi pertanahan. Selain kesadaran warga masyarakat pun juga memanfaatkan potensi lahan meraka untuk kemudian dilakukaan pendataan ulang dengan cara yang mereka dapatkan didalam mengikuti sosialisi tersebut sehingga dapat memperluas pemikiran masyarakat dalam mewujudkan kesejahteran masyarakat dan mampu memahami apa tujuan dari pada pendataan adminitrasi tersebut.Kata kunci: Pendampingan, Administrasi, Pertanahan

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the role of the Village Secretary in Public Administration Services in Lumpoknyo Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. The research method uses primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. The technique used is statistical analysis using statistical formulas (percentages) that are used to describe the results of the study. The calculation of the data is given a score based on the type of data collected, namely qualitative data which is then converted into quantitative. After selecting the data, then giving a score weight for each alternative answer in scoring using a Likert Scale. Then determine the variables measured based on the indicators studied. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents that the Role of the Village Secretary in General Administrative Services in Lumpoknyo Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency, based on the rating scale, was classified as good with a Secretary Role score of 76.78% and General Administration Services 76.13%.

Abstract

The power of social media in society influences new forms and ways of being. The use of social media brings changes and shifts in the life of the new world. The main objective of this activity is to provide assistance in increasing the capacity of the Bunga Village Government of North Luwuk Sub-district through social media management in order to form new work patterns in the management of system-based and visual public service information. This service is expected to contribute theoretically and practically in efforts to assist in increasing the capacity of village governments through social media management. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory method. Village governments are directly involved, especially in social media management, and are encouraged to implement the results of the assistance on an ongoing basis. The results of the service activities show that the assistance carried out in the Bunga village government, North Luwuk sub-district, can have a positive impact on the understanding of the village government in increasing the capacity of the village government through social media management, which in turn contributes to improving the quality of social media management.
