Abstract

Tujuan utama pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Malei Tojo Kecamatan Tojo Barat Kabupaten Tojo Una Una. Dalam mengembangan potensi pendataan administrasi pertanahan di Desa. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode pratispatif dimana seluruh kegiatan di lakukan dengan melibatkan seluruh masyarakat dan Aparatur Desa. Adapun pelaksanana kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi mengenai manfaat pendampingan pendataan administrasi pertanahan. Pemaparan materi juga dilakukan dengan pelatihan teknis yang dijelaskkan secara langsung di Kantor Desa bersama masyarakat terkait cara pendataan administrasi pertanahan. Selain kesadaran warga masyarakat pun juga memanfaatkan potensi lahan meraka untuk kemudian dilakukaan pendataan ulang dengan cara yang mereka dapatkan didalam mengikuti sosialisi tersebut sehingga dapat memperluas pemikiran masyarakat dalam mewujudkan kesejahteran masyarakat dan mampu memahami apa tujuan dari pada pendataan adminitrasi tersebut.Kata kunci: Pendampingan, Administrasi, Pertanahan

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the role of the Village Secretary in Public Administration Services in Lumpoknyo Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. The research method uses primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. The technique used is statistical analysis using statistical formulas (percentages) that are used to describe the results of the study. The calculation of the data is given a score based on the type of data collected, namely qualitative data which is then converted into quantitative. After selecting the data, then giving a score weight for each alternative answer in scoring using a Likert Scale. Then determine the variables measured based on the indicators studied. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents that the Role of the Village Secretary in General Administrative Services in Lumpoknyo Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency, based on the rating scale, was classified as good with a Secretary Role score of 76.78% and General Administration Services 76.13%.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by lecturers and students through collaboration in Basic Leadership Training aim to shape the character of new students of the Government and Communication Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Luwuk, who are superior, critical, and responsive. This activity introduces the Open Journal System (OJS) and the Mendeley application as a means to improve students' abilities in writing scientific papers. With a comprehensive research methodology approach, students are guided to get to know and practice scientific writing more effectively. The results of this activity show that students not only gain technical skills in writing, but also develop in aspects of leadership and critical thinking on local, national, and international issues. This program has succeeded in providing a strong foundation for students' academic and character development, preparing them to become competent and insightful leaders.

Abstract

The power of social media in society influences new forms and ways of being. The use of social media brings changes and shifts in the life of the new world. The main objective of this activity is to provide assistance in increasing the capacity of the Bunga Village Government of North Luwuk Sub-district through social media management in order to form new work patterns in the management of system-based and visual public service information. This service is expected to contribute theoretically and practically in efforts to assist in increasing the capacity of village governments through social media management. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory method. Village governments are directly involved, especially in social media management, and are encouraged to implement the results of the assistance on an ongoing basis. The results of the service activities show that the assistance carried out in the Bunga village government, North Luwuk sub-district, can have a positive impact on the understanding of the village government in increasing the capacity of the village government through social media management, which in turn contributes to improving the quality of social media management.

Abstract

Peran kepala desa sebagai sosok pemimpin di desa tersebut sangat mempengaruhi kemajuan dan kemunduran dalam pembangunan potensiyang ada desa. Peran Kepala desa yang di harapkan berfungsi sebagai sumber inovasi, pembinan, mengarahkan dan fungsi sebagai komunikator untuk menyampaikan ide atau gagasan-gagasan kepada masyarakat desa, dalam rangka meningkatkan inisiatif dan kreatifitas masyarakat dalam mengolah, memelihara dan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber yang ada disekitarnya, untuk mecapai tingkat hidup yang lebih baik. Peranan kepala desa sangat penting untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang sempurna. Pelayanan yang baik merupakan kewajiban bagi pemerintah merupakan hal yang wajib dilaksanakan untuk memudahkan masyarakat mengakses kedalam tatanan pemerintah untuk menunjang kehidupan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan penjelasan secara deskriptif sedangkan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui teknik (observasi), angket/kuisoner, dan teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Polo kecamatan Bunta Kabupaten Banggai yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran kepala Desa dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan prima di Desa Polo Kecamatan Bunta Kabupaten Banggai. Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat memberikan kegunaan baik secara teoritis/akademis maupun secara praktis. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh masyarakat desa polo yang berjumlah 756 orang/jiwa. Dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 orang/jiwa dengan menggunakan Rumus slovin.

Abstract

A logo plays a crucial role as the face of a brand. Through a logo, the public can recognize a product and associate it with certain associations. In Tatabau Village, there are MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) that offer potential for economic growth. The women in Tatabau Village dominate this sector, with the majority producing processed foods. The existence of MSMEs is undeniable, as they have proven their resilience and are driving the economy, especially after the economic crisis. On the other hand, MSMEs also face numerous challenges, including limited capital and limited mastery of science and technology. One of the challenges faced by MSMEs in Tatabau Village is the lack of a logo or product identity. This is due to a lack of knowledge among MSME owners, as they are typically women who have limited digital interaction. The purpose of this community service program is to help MSMEs in Tatabau Village develop product logos to increase buyer interest and provide a distinctive product identity. The community service method includes observation, coordination with MSMEs, and implementation of community service activities. The results of the community service program have had a positive impact on increasing understanding of branding, the importance of product logos, and marketing strategies.
