Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of communication counseling in raising the religious spirit of young people. This study is a qualitative descriptive field study. (field research). Data sources in this study include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study include semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the implementation of communication counseling in raising the religious spirit of young people has several benefits. Through counseling communication, young people can understand and appreciate their religious beliefs, maintain a religious spirit, explore the meaning and relevance of religion in daily life, gain guidance and support, encourage personal growth and development, and enhance religious knowledge and skills. Communication counseling creates a supportive environment, facilitates deeper understanding, and helps young people overcome challenges and doubts, so that they can maintain a religious spirit and integrate it into everyday life more meaningfully. Abstract

This research is related to the Management of the Baitul Mustaghfirin Al-Amir Mosque in religious activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the mosque in religious activities and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in religious activities at the Baitul Mustaghfirin Al-Amir Mosque, Jalan Mahoni Psr II Timur, Bandar klippa Village, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli Serdang. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data obtained by using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research that the Baitul Mustaghfirin Al-Amir Mosque in religious activities carries out management functions, namely planning and organizing activities, compiling and allocating schedules, assigning tasks, carrying out planned activities, these management functions are naturally carried out to facilitate religious activities. Carrying out activities or activities The mosque functions as a place for various religious activities and not just a place of ritual worship. In carrying out activities, there are several factors that become obstacles to activities, including: 1) Lack of awareness to routinely monitor or participate in activities. 2) There are those who work until late at night, so they rarely participate in these activities. Abstract

This study aims to examine how the Department of Youth and Sports in North Sumatra utilises religious communication to enhance the well-being of young individuals. It contributes to scholarly knowledge by shedding light on the strategies employed by the Department to improve youth quality through Islamic communication. The study employs field methodologies and applies Miles and Huberman's data analysis model. The findings are divided into three key dimensions: 1) Planning Islamic Communication: Analysing the Department's Strategies for Effective Communication in an Islamic Context; 2) Organising and Implementing Islamic Communication: Investigating the Department's Efforts in Organising and Executing Islamic Communication Initiatives Targeting North Sumatra's Youth; and 3) Monitoring and Evaluating Islamic Communication: Assessing the Department's Systematic Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Islamic Communication Strategies in Youth Engagement. Additionally, this study encounters challenges related to technology and semantics. Semantic difficulties arise from varying interpretations and analyses of Islamic communication messages among the youth population, while technical obstacles include concerns regarding infrastructure deficiencies and resource constraints.

Abstract

: This study aims to map the development of digital disinformation studies and organizational communication ethics, analyze the relevance of the tabayyun principle in the perspective of contemporary organizational communication, and formulate a conceptual model of tabayyun-based organizational communication ethics. The study uses a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design referring to the PRISMA protocol. Data were obtained from journal articles indexed in international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, ProQuest, DOAJ, and Google Scholar over the past ten years. The analysis was conducted through thematic analysis to identify relevant patterns, themes, and conceptual synthesis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Digital disinformation literature has shifted from a descriptive-typological approach to a normative-ethical approach, but it is still fragmented and has not integrated the value of normative verification based on Islamic tradition; 2) The tabayyun principle has strong theoretical relevance because it contains an epistemic dimension (information verification), a moral dimension (communicative responsibility), and an institutional dimension (value-based organizational culture); and 3) This study formulates a conceptual model of tabayyun-based organizational communication ethics that places verification, moral integrity, and institutionalization of values as the foundation of organizational communication governance. This model contributes theoretically by integrating digital disinformation theory, information ethics, and organizational communication, and provides practical implications for strengthening a culture of preventative communication in facing the challenges of digital disinformation in the era of global communication transformation
