Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Strengthening Local Economy Through Information Technology Training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)" was conducted at Yunanis Snack in Purnama Tunggal Village, Central Lampung, with the primary objective of enhancing the capacity of MSMEs to utilize information technology and develop digital marketing strategies. Initial identification revealed significant challenges, including limited marketing reach, low production capacity, and inadequate digital literacy among employees. Through a structured intervention involving digital marketing training, the development of an official website, and the provision of modern production equipment, this program successfully increased production efficiency by 30% and expanded marketing outreach. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation demonstrated an increase in sales and positive feedback from partners regarding the training received. However, challenges related to website maintenance and technical skill acquisition remain to be addressed to ensure the program's sustainability. Overall, the outcomes of this PKM not only positively impacted Yunanis Snack but also contributed to the strengthening of the local economy in Purnama Tunggal Village. This program is expected to serve as an inspirational model for other MSMEs in leveraging information technology as a strategic tool for sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Plastic flower pots have the advantage of being lighter in weight, cheaper in price and more attractive in color, but have the disadvantage of being easily broken, the color will fade and will not last long. Meanwhile, flower pots made from cement are heavier and more expensive, but have the advantage of being more durable, not easily broken and can be repainted. Craftsmen of flower pots made from cement in Waydadi Baru Village, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City, have been making efforts for almost a year since the pandemic hit to increase income for their families in various ways, one of which is the business of making molded flower pots from cement. This business was carried out because it saw a market opportunity due to the large demand for ornamental plant flower pots. Efforts that can be made to expand the marketing area for flower pots are by utilizing the internet as a medium for marketing products. The use of Android-based cellphones for the public is nothing new, even for flower pot craftsmen. Mobile phones are mostly used for social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and so on.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of digital readiness and technology acceptance on smart farming adoption intention and agribusiness management performance in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The agribusiness aspects examined in this study focus on operational efficiency, productivity, resource management, supply chain coordination, and market access. A quantitative explanatory design was applied using survey data from 150 respondents consisting of farmers, agribusiness actors, farmer group managers, agricultural extension agents, and agribusiness-related students or academics with relevant knowledge of digital agricultural technology. The research model includes Digital Readiness, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use as antecedent variables, Smart Farming Adoption Intention as a mediating variable, and perceived Agribusiness Management Performance as the outcome variable. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that digital readiness, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use significantly influence smart farming adoption intention. Adoption intention also significantly improves agribusiness management performance and mediates the relationship between digital readiness, technology acceptance, and performance. Perceived usefulness is the strongest driver of adoption intention, indicating that agribusiness actors are more willing to adopt smart farming when they perceive clear managerial benefits. This study contributes to technology acceptance literature by positioning smart farming adoption as a managerial transformation process, not only as a technological decision.
