Abstract

A technology creation starts from the world of education, then the world of education should implement a technology-oriented information system, but in SMK Bina Medika every school academic system procedure is done manually, student data processing, absenteeism, student data search related to academics still must be open the archive sheets in the student information value section, there is no integrated data storage media because student data storage, teacher data, grade data, class data and class schedules that are done now are still using an offline application without you a database, so the problem in SMK Bina Medika, thus slowing down performance in presenting information quickly and precisely. This research aims to design a web-based academic information system. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The design system in making academic websites uses some software namely Sublime Taxt, Xamp which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, MySQL. Designing an academic information system to facilitate students, teachers and the Bina Medika Vocational High School (SMK) which was previously not available, student data, teacher data and the school is still separate so as to find out full information for quite a long time, with its website-based information system online is expected to make it easier for students, teachers and the Bina Medika Vocational High School (SMK), so that it can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Jaringan komputer saat ini penggunaanya sudah semangkin dominan dalam pekerjaan keseharian dalam suatu institusi ataupun perusahaan, permasalahan pada jaringan akan menyebabkan terganggunya proses pekerjaan yang bergantung pada jaringan baik yang terhubung dengan internet ataupun yang hanya terhubung secara lokal, penggunaan infrastruktur yang baik tidak akan menjamin jaringan akan aman dari gangguan, router merupakan perangkat yang sangat penting dalam suatu jaringan, selain koneksi internet yang harus mempunyai link backup, router juga harus mempunyai perangkat backup yang bertujuan untuk mencegah jika tiba-tiba router bermasalah atau rusak, seperti halnya pada koneksi internet yang sering disebut dengan metode failover, untuk mencegah kemungkinan permasalahan pada router perlu diterapkanya metode failover. Pada penerapanya digunakan sebuah protokol yang terdapat pada mikrotik router yaitu virtual router redundancy protocol (VRRP), merupakan sebuah protokol yang digunakan untuk tujuan redudancy antar router, Dari hasil percobaan pada penerapan failover gateway menggunakan protokol VRRP pada mikrotik router, penggunaan jaringan akan lebih maksimal dan penggunaan jaringan tidak akan terpengaruh jika ada salah satu router yang bermasalah dikarenakan jika terjadi permasalahan pada router primary maka router backup akan berjalan dengan otomatis menggantikan router primary.

Abstract

Saat ini informasi dapat diperoleh di dunia maya dalam hal ini internet, baik informasi negatif atau positif, Salah satu nya informasi dapat diakses melalui website dan diakses melalui browser pada perangkat yang digunakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan peraturan dan undang-undang yang di keluarkan oleh pemerintah yaitu penyedia jasa internet wajib mematuhi peraturan memfilter konten atau website agar terwujud internet sehat bagi rakyat indonesia. Ada banyak metode yang bisa di aplikasikan untuk melakukan filtering website-website yang dianggap mengandung unsur-unsur pornografi, judi, Phising, dan Sara. Salah satunya menggunakan software Unbound. Setelah melakukan implementasi Unbound pada jaringan Vsat PT.Indo Pratama Teleglobal  dapat menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan unbound untuk filtering website-website yang di anggap berbahaya baik untuk jaringan di client dan jaringan di sisi vsat, dari sisi client tidak memerlukan konfigurasi khusus untuk menggunakan fasilitas unbound, karena semua paket yang direquest oleh client, otomatis akan diredirect oleh Router Mikrobits dengan menggunakan rule nat, unbound sendiri adalah sebuah software Open Source yang bersifat memvalidasi, rekursif, dan caching DNS resolver dan client akan lebih cepat untuk mengakses website-website. Kata Kunci: Filter, DNS, Unbound.

Abstract

Konektifitas sebuah smartphone bisa dicontoh, terdiri dari dual-sim yang dapat digunakan keduanya atau dijadikan backup jika salah satu rusak atau paket data habis. Begitupun koneksi internet pada perusahaan atau instansi dibutuhkan dua jalur baik itu virtual ataupun fisik interface agar proses bisnis yang menggunakan koneksi internet tidak terganggu ketika salah satu gateway internet down, terlebih jika perusahaan memiliki kantor cabang untuk membuat agar saling terhubung akan butuh biaya mahal jika harus membangun infrastruktur fisik baik, oleh karena itu dapat dibuat infrastruktur virtual atau bisa disebut terowongan. Jaringan GRE-tunnel berperan sebagai vpn dari kantor pusat ke kantor cabang, sebagai jalur untuk bandwidth international, dapat melakukan file sharing, akses web intranet. Jika kantor cabang satu tidak sedang membutuhkan banyak bandwidth international dapat dialokasikan pada kantor cabang yang lain. Interface gre-tunnel dibuat pada router kedua sisi dengan memasukkan ip publik yang dimiliki pada ip remote, selanjutnya terbentuklah interface virtual. Pada interface virtual diberikan ip address private yang akan menjadi gateway ketika akses ke bandwidth international. Addres-list ditentukan untuk membedakan jalur pada mangle, pada Nat dilakukan modifikasi menjadi dua source-nat untuk memisahkan sesuai pada address-list, marking juga dibuat pada koneksi sesuai address-list, paket dan routing sehingga pada kantor cabang memiliki management routing dengan multiple gateway dan gre-tunnel. Dengan pembahasan pada penelitian ini, maka gre-tunnel dapat menunjang dengan baik dan pada selanjutnya gre-tunnel dapat di riset dengan hal yang lain seperti hotspot dengan radius-server.Kata Kunci: Routing, Gateway, Tunnel

Abstract

Queue Tree is one of the Bandwidth management becomes essential for multi-service networks, more and varied applications that can be served by a network effect on the use of links in the network. The links that exist should be able to handle the needs of the application client will tesebut even though in a state of congestion, there must be a guarantee that the link still works properly despite an explosion in demand for application. Bandwidth management has animPortant role in the distribution of quotas for these types of applications that can access the link, in addition to Bandwidth management to provide better Bandwidth guarantees to applications that have been allocated Bandwidth to continuously transmit data in accordance with the allocation though there is congestion in the network or the client even in Under certain circumstances when the Bandwidth allocation that is owned by an application or client is not used, then the Bandwidth Manager idle Bandwidth can be temporarily transferred to the classroom who are experiencing Queues, this gives the advantage of a class Queue accelerating loss while optimizing the use ofexisting links. Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) as the implementer of the available bandwidth management can be run on linux operating system platform is also available on Mikrotik Router which are Queue HTB tree is proper bandwidth management analysis, is expected to use a precise and accurate will make the network work optimally.Keywords: Bandwidth, HTB, Queue Tree.

Abstract

Advances in technology in the field of Android-based applications are expected to bring changes in the world of education intended for English language education. At present the method of searching institute courses that are present in a variety of applications offered, but the existing applications are not yet complete on this matter related to the applications offered do not meet the specific needs of the course institution search applications that are provided in the English village pare. LBS and algotima dijkstra can be used in the analysis and design of android-based applications, it is required an application to search for locations such as applications needed by user in addition to places of study can also find a place to spend the night while studying, where traveling provides the facilities that have been provided. The results of the Go-Course application can conclude that it must meet the needs of users to carry out the process of finding a chair, boarding house, boarding house and travel package from a smartphone by providing a fairly accurate position. By applying the Djikstra algorithm to the Go-Course Application, you can set the shortest route to the boarding house and boarding house with the user's position and current distance in the form of a map. All functions in the Go-Cource application for finding seats, boarding, boarding and tour packages can run correctly through Blackbox Testing and in accordance with manufacturing recommendations.Keywords: LBS, Dijkstra, Android, GPS, Go-Course.

Abstract

Internet connection with wireless network is very vulnerable in terms of security, even if you already use a password. Therefore more security systems are needed, where only legal users can connect to the wireless network. Legal users are registered on the database with a unique id and password. Unique is different, sensitive information is used. In this study, it aims to create a hotspot with two radius-servers at BSI headquarters operated simultaneously on campus microphones and how to connect BSI campus with headquarters. With user and password on two radiuses ie radius-bsi and radius-parrot, split user domain on campus microtik and EoIP tunnel as its vpn network, student, staff and lecturer can login hostspot. Users who successfully login into the active user hotspot on MikroTik RB1000 Campus and Session User Radius Server MikorTik user Manager at BSI headquarters. Thus hotspot users can be monitored and hotspot user management with two server radios can operate simultaneously on one MikroTik on Campus.

Abstract

Abstrak— Dalam jaringan berbagi atau sharing adalah suatu hal yang biasa, akan tetapi jika sebalik nya maka ada suatu hal yang harus di konfigurasi ulang, seperti perubahan firewall, perubahan topologi logik dari LAN menjadi virtual local area network. Berubahnya topologi logik menjadikan perubahan pada topologi fisik dan perangkat jaringan pun seperti switch harus mengikuti dari switch unmanage ke switch manageable. Begitupula berubah interface pada routernya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan di PT. Navicom Indonesia menggunakan jaringan VLAN karena terdapat permasalahan dimana setiap divisi dapat saling mengakses data pada komputer yang ada, dan data tidak terpisah dari jaringan. Perancangan jaringan VLAN pada PT. Navicom Indonesia. Dalam perancangan jaringan VLAN ini menggunakan aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer untuk simulasinya. Kemanan data pada setiap pc akan lebih aman apabila menggunakan jaringan VLAN, karena pada jaringan tersebut kita dapat membuat konfigurasi jaringan mana saja yang saling terhubung. Untuk membuat jaringan VLAN saling berkomunikasi maka diperlukan konfigurasi pada Switch untuk membuat Database VLAN, agar setiap anggota VLAN dapat saling berkomunikasi satu sama lain.

Increasing users of mobile-based applications, making the network the backbone for every organization. It is very important to secure the network. Because many heterogeneous devices such as desktops, laptops, tablet pc, smartphones are connected on the network. Security is an important issue in the design and deployment of enterprise networks. Protecting servers from various network attacks and becomes a challenging task in providing security to servers and networks. Abstract

The cable network is not suitable for connecting geographically distant communication systems such as Indonesia due to the low efficiency of the installation process, which requires large capital. It needs alternative technology, such as Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) but it is vulnerable to interference and equipment weaknesses that will reduce performance. Weather in Indonesia is erratic, sometimes suddenly raining makesVSAT communication network vulnerable to interference, because it adjusts transmit power manually. Especially forVSAT network of PT. Megah Surya Pertiwi, PIC inlocation does not understand VSAT. Based onresults of analysis and testing, there was a decrease in ping quality, Eb/No, C/N when it rained. Need to adjust transmit power so that quality returns to normal with weather at location. Prior toimplementation of Automatic Uplink Power Control, modem at Graha HUB independently defaulted power at 0dB and at Kawasi site at 2dB, when it rained and power was not increasedlink became unstable there was a Request time out and intermittent with occasional ping>1000ms,current C/N value weather is good at a value of 20.34dB while when it rains at 17.42dB and Eb / No value is unstable. After AUPC power transmits automatically adjusts. Ping value becomes more stable, ping on VSAT can be good if delay value is 500-800ms, with a maximum delay of 770ms toIP Modem monitoring site and 789ms to IP Lan PT. MSP. C/N value obtained is 21.09dB in accordance with ideal C/N range for VSAT networks. Eb/No value is stable according to target, namely 10 dB on the HUB modem and 9 db onmonitoring site modem. When modem detects a decreasing or increasing Eb/No value,system automatically adjusts transmit power so that the Eb/No value matching target.
