Abstract

Talking about pesantren is something that will never end, regarding Islamic boarding schools, of course, it cannot be separated from the madrasah diniah. Madrasah diniah is an educational institution in which students learn many things, such as the yellow book. Every Madrasah diniah institution has a very large potential asset, as well as Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Nurussalam. The assets owned by Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Nurussalam have not been fully developed. Through mentoring activities at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Nurussalam which uses the ABCD (Asset Base Community Development) method in exploring potential assets, students are able to write pegon according to the rules of writing Arabic pegon. Excavation of assets at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awwaliyah Nurussalam through interviews and observations. Mentoring aims to equip students with the ability to write Arabic Pegon fluently to interpret the yellow book. The results of the acquisition in mentoring activities are that students are able to write Arabic Pegon properly and correctly. Because the ability to write Arabic pegon is a must for students of Madrasah Dinah in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to describe precess and the influence factors of management of facilities and infrastructure to support early childhood physical motoric at TK Dharma Wanita Pelangi Kranji, Paciran, Lamongan. This is qualitatifve research. The results show the process management are; 1) Planning through teacher meetings, 2)Procurement is tailored to the needs and chooses simple stuff that could support children's physical motor development and safe. 3) Investing, purchases noted  in the investment book, 4) colaboration to keep educational media with State Elementary School 1 Kranji 5)Shared responsibility keeping the fasilities between kindergarten, elementary school managers, students, parents and the surrounding community, 6) Destruc of damaged stuff wich is carried out and no longer be used, 7) Supervision of the condition of facilities and infrastructure is carried out during learning and periodically at the end of the semester. Inhibiting factors include limited funds for the procurement and maintenance of infrastructure, especially the provision of storage space for educational games. The supporting factors include operational funding assistance from the government for institutional management, parent involvement, teacher creativity in maximizing the potential and various materials available in the learning environment. Keywords: Management of facilities and infrastructure, physical motor development, early childhood   Abstrak:                                                                                                                       Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah manajemen sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung perkembangan fisik motorik anak usia dini di TK Dharma Wanita Pelangi Kranji Paciran Lamongan, serta faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mendukungnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yang menghimpun data melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil peneliti ini menunjukkan langkah-langkah manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan meliputi: 1) Perencanaan dilakukan melalui rapat guru, 2) Pengadaan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan memilih permainan yang sederhana, mendukung perkembangan fisik motorik anak dan aman untuk anak. 3) Investarisasi data penerimaan, pembelian, pencatatan di buku investarisasi, 4) Penyimpanan untuk Alat Permainan Edukatif dilakukan bekerjasama dengan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Kranji 5) Pemeliharaan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama antara pengelola TK, SD, peserta didik, wali murid dan masyarakat sekitar, 6) Penghapusan barang rusak dilakukan jika sudah tidak bisa digunakan lagi, 7) Pengawasan kondisi sarana dan prasarana dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran maupun secara berkala di akhir semester. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan dana untuk pengadaan dan perawatan sarana prasarana, terutama penyediaan ruang penyimpanan alat permainan edukatif. Sedangkan faktor pendukung meliputi bantuan dana operasional dari pemerintah untuk pengelolaan lembaga, keterlibatan walimurid dengan mengadakan piket harian untuk merawat sarana dan prasarana, serta memaksimalkan potensi dan berbagai bahan yang tersedia di lingkungan belajar.
