Abstract

Abstrak Riset ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan meraih gambaran mengenai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa awal melalui pendekatan whole language serta untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbahasa Awal Melalui Pendekatan Whole Language. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah anak didik kelompok A TK di Semarang, yang terdiri dari 16 anak. Teknik analisis yang di terapkan adalah deskriptif persentatif dan deskriptif aktivitas anak didik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kemampuan berbahasa yang dicapai peserta didik kelompok A di TK di Semarang lebih meningkat dibandingkan sebelumnya dimana perkembangan awal bahasa anak hanya mencapai 43,75% (BB) namun, setelah dilakukan praktik penelitian tindakan kelas melalui pendekatan whole language, pada siklus pertama mengalami kenaikan menjadi 56,77% (MB), maka untuk itu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan ke siklus kedua dengan total presentase 74,79% (BSH) dan hasil siklus ketiga mencapai 87,5% (BSB), dimana hasil tersebut telah memenuhi target. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to assess the effectiveness of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile through project-based learning in early childhood education. The Pancasila Student Profile, which is an integral part of the independent curriculum, plays a central role in shaping the character of graduates by cultivating qualities such as faith, piety, morals, independence, cooperation and collaboration, global awareness, creativity and critical reasoning. When the research was carried out from September 4 to October 3 2023 at the Al Azhar 29 Islamic Kindergarten, Semarang, this research involved 17 children as participants using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Research findings show that project-based learning significantly improves the character of Pancasila students at an early age by implementing a systematic approach through theme communication, project identification, project planning, preparing activity schedules, monitoring project progress, as well as assessing and evaluating project results. The theme used in the implementation of project learning in research is Aku Cinta Indonesia with the topic Nguri-nguri Central Java Culture-Market Snack Festival with the focus being Magelang City. Through project-based learning activities, children can stimulate their ability to collaborate, be independent, be creative, be tolerant and have noble character.

Abstract

The habituation of religious practices of dhuha prayer in congregation at RA Bina Mutiara Hati aims to create Islamic early childhood, noble character and produce the potential of early childhood as human resources (HR) based on the Qur'an. This study aims to examine how the implementation of habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation in developing religious values and character of early childhood in RA Bina Mutiara Hati. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection through observation techniques, structured interviews and documentation. The results showed that the habituation of dhuha prayers in congregation had a major influence on the development of children's religious values and character, namely: when hearing the dhuhur call to prayer, children immediately rushed to take ablution and go to the mosque, children were also more attentive to personal hygiene after knowing about unclean and holy, and the habituation of dhuha prayers made children grateful and care for all creatures created by God by loving their friends. The habituation of dhuha prayer in congregation has a major effect in developing children's religious values and character, but there are still some children whose religious values and character have not developed according to the indicators, namely children who are not serious when habituation is carried out and Children with Special Needs (ABK) with speech delay and ADHD characteristics. Teachers at RA Bina Mutiara Hati are expected to improve methods in the practice of habituation of dhuha prayer so that the development of religious values and character of all children can develop well.
