Abstract

In general, marketing involves a series of activities in the field of trade where sellers offer products to consumers. A similar situation occurs in Islamic marketing, where the process and strategy of meeting needs through halal products and services are accompanied by principles of agreement and mutual well-being between buyers and sellers, with the aim of achieving material and spiritual prosperity in both the worldly life and the hereafter. In the context of digital marketing from an Islamic perspective, all marketing activities that use technology must be based on Sharia law. Therefore, the use of technology should avoid elements involving riba (interest), maisir (gambling), the production or sale of non-halal products, as well as prohibitions related to marketing products containing gharar (uncertainty).

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between Sharia financing, macroeconomic stability represented by BI Rate and inflation, and the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Secondary data from official sources such as Bank Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency, and the Financial Services Authority were used to analyze a time period from 2003 to 2022. The research findings, using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) analysis method, indicate that Sharia financing has a significant long-term impact on MSME growth, while macroeconomic stability, particularly inflation, also has a substantial long-term influence on MSME development. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of policies supporting the development of Sharia financing and maintaining macroeconomic stability to foster sustainable long-term growth for MSMEs in Indonesia

Abstract

This study employs a quantitative research method to examine the impact of the number of MSMEs and poverty rates on unemployment rates in Indonesia from 2011 to 2022, utilizing data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS Indonesia) and Bank Indonesia. The analysis reveals a significant relationship between the increase in MSMEs, poverty index fluctuations, and unemployment rate changes during this period. The findings demonstrate a strong correlation between the growth of MSMEs and a reduction in unemployment, whereas the relationship between poverty levels and unemployment rates is weak. This suggests that the expansion of MSMEs is an effective strategy for reducing unemployment and improving economic conditions. The study aims to enhance understanding of the factors influencing unemployment and the challenges policymakers face, providing valuable insights for efforts to combat unemployment. Additionally, the dataset used may benefit other studies addressing unemployment issues in Indonesia and similar regions. The results confirm the crucial role of MSME development in lowering unemployment rates, highlighting its potential as a viable policy approach for economic improvement.

Abstract

The realization of self-reliant villages is a crucial pillar in fostering prosperous and competitive communities amid rapid development. Accurate and comprehensive data management of village community organizations (Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Desa, LKD) is essential for informed decision-making, meticulous planning, and effective program implementation. This article discusses the role of Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in enhancing LKD data collection processes. FGDs serve as an effective method to gather in-depth information and diverse perspectives from stakeholders, facilitating the identification of needs and challenges, formulation of effective data collection strategies, and fostering commitment and collaboration among participants. The outcomes of these FGDs include more accurate and relevant data, enhanced human resource capacities, and improved village self-reliance. This approach underscores the importance of collective effort and strategic planning in achieving genuine village autonomy, leveraging the spirit of cooperation and collaboration to build resilient and thriving communities
