Abstract

This research investigates the significant relationship among Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), employee performance, and job satisfaction within the context of PT. Swadaya Mukti Prakarta. The study employed statistical analysis, including a paired t-Test for Means, to assess the mean differences between OCB and employee performance. The findings revealed a substantial positive correlation (Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.893) between OCB and employee performance, indicating that higher levels of OCB among employees are associated with increased performance levels. Furthermore, the research examined the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The results demonstrated a strong positive correlation (Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.931) between job satisfaction and employee performance, emphasizing the critical role of job satisfaction in enhancing overall employee performance. Additionally, the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments were tested. The study confirmed the validity of the survey questions for all three constructs (OCB, employee performance, and job satisfaction) and established satisfactory reliability for the measurements. In conclusion, this research highlights the significant impact of OCB on employee performance and underscores the importance of fostering OCB and job satisfaction in enhancing organizational effectiveness. These findings offer valuable insights for organizations seeking to improve their employees' performance and overall job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research investigates the significant relationship between the role of transformational leadership in increasing organizational innovation through support for innovation carried out by fifty-three coffee cafes in the cities of Pontianak and Kuburaya. This research uses to measure what the concept should measure. For Partial Least Squares (PLS), the SmartPLS 4.0 program can be used to measure construct validity by testing convergent and discriminant validity. The convergent validity test with the SmartPLS 4.0 program shows the loading coefficient value for each construct indicator. A high factor loading value indicates that each construct indicator is concentrated at one point. A rule of thumb generally used to assess convergent validity is that factor loading values ​​greater than 0.7 in confirmatory studies and factor loading values ​​between 0.6 and 0.7 in exploratory studies are still acceptable and average variance (AVE) values ) should. greater than 0.5. In addition, the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments were tested. This study confirmed the validity of the survey questions for the three constructs The Role of Transformational Leadership in Increasing Organizational Innovation Through Support for Implemented Innovation and produced satisfactory reliability for the measurement. In conclusion, this research highlights the significant impact of the role of transformational leadership in increasing organizational innovation and through supporting innovation carried out by organizations. Abstract

This study employs a quantitative research method to examine the impact of the number of MSMEs and poverty rates on unemployment rates in Indonesia from 2011 to 2022, utilizing data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS Indonesia) and Bank Indonesia. The analysis reveals a significant relationship between the increase in MSMEs, poverty index fluctuations, and unemployment rate changes during this period. The findings demonstrate a strong correlation between the growth of MSMEs and a reduction in unemployment, whereas the relationship between poverty levels and unemployment rates is weak. This suggests that the expansion of MSMEs is an effective strategy for reducing unemployment and improving economic conditions. The study aims to enhance understanding of the factors influencing unemployment and the challenges policymakers face, providing valuable insights for efforts to combat unemployment. Additionally, the dataset used may benefit other studies addressing unemployment issues in Indonesia and similar regions. The results confirm the crucial role of MSME development in lowering unemployment rates, highlighting its potential as a viable policy approach for economic improvement.

Abstract

This study evaluates the long-term impact of telecommuting post-COVID-19 on employee productivity. With the increased adoption of telecommuting during the pandemic, companies worldwide have transformed work models, necessitating an assessment of this approach’s sustainability. The study employs a literature review method, analyzing 74 articles published between 2020-2024. The study focuses on understanding the influence of telecommuting on productivity, employee well-being, and performance management strategies. The findings reveal that telecommuting offers benefits such as flexible working hours, improved work-life balance, and enhanced efficiency, particularly with adequate technological support. However, challenges such as limited communication, social isolation, and technostress pose significant barriers. To maximize the advantages of telecommuting, organizations need to provide proper technological infrastructure, training, and effective communication policies. A hybrid work model is recommended as a more flexible and inclusive approach to boost productivity while maintaining employee well-being. Telecommuting has the potential to become an integral part of modern, sustainable work strategies if managed with appropriate and adaptive policies that address employees’ needs.

Abstract

Pelatihan penggunaan digital payment (QRIS) bagi UMKM tradisional di Kelurahan Siantan Tengah, Kecamatan Pontianak Utara bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan pelaku usaha dalam mengadopsi sistem pembayaran non-tunai. Kegiatan ini melibatkan berbagai sektor usaha, seperti kuliner, kerajinan tangan, dan jasa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan QRIS memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, mengurangi risiko kehilangan uang tunai, serta mempermudah pencatatan keuangan. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan literasi digital dan kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan transaksi. Melalui pendampingan yang intensif, sebagian besar peserta berhasil memahami dan mulai menerapkan QRIS dalam usaha mereka. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga mendorong UMKM untuk lebih aktif dalam pemasaran digital guna memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dengan meningkatnya adopsi QRIS, diharapkan transaksi non-tunai semakin berkembang dan memberikan manfaat bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.
