Abstract

Banjir dan genangan sering menjadi permasalahan yang serius. Salah satunya yang terjadi di Jalan By Pass simpang Taluak Ke Simpang Istana Mie. Pada penelitian ini akan mengkaji tentang permasalahan saluran drainase yang meliputi desain saluran drainase, kapasitas tampungan saluran yang tidak mampu menampung air hujan sehingga menyebabkan banjir yang mengganggu aktifitas masyarakat serta arus lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja seistem drainase di Jalan By Pass simpang Taluak Ke Simpang Istana Mie. Untuk menghitung intensitas hujan digunakan rumus Mononobe dengan kala ulang tertentu. Curah hujan rancangan dihitung dengan metode Log Pearson Type III dan Gumbel. Berdasarkan perhitungan dan kondisi ekisting dilapangan diperoleh hasil, bahwa saluran drainase di Jalan By Pass simpang Taluak Ke Simpang Istana Mie tidak mampu menampung debit air kala ulang 10 dan 25 tahun . Untuk itu di rencanakan saluran penampang dengan ukuran 1,20 x 1,70m, sehingga didapat debit saluran rencana dengan Q 2,818 m3/det. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan saluran yang direncanakan dapat menampung debit banjir rancangan periode ulang 2th, 5th, 10th dan 25 tahun, dengan perbandingan Q saluran rencana > Q periode ulang. Abstract

Parking is defined as an activity to put or store vehicles in a certain place whose duration depends on the completion of the needs of the driver, so a parking space is needed. This research was conducted to plan the index of parking area processing needs in the market B Lawang Tigo Balai, Matur District, Kab. religion. The data or information used is in the form of primary data obtained from field observations and secondary data obtained from Market B Lawang Tigo Balai. So, it is necessary to plan the processing of parking spaces at Pasar B Lawang Tigo Balai which can increase the need for a more optimal parking area and manage a comfortable parking space. From the results of the calculation analysis, it is found that the maximum accumulation of parking in the wali nagari office area occurs on Friday as many as 200 vehicles, the maximum accumulation of parking in the Jami' mosque area occurs on Friday as many as 320 vehicles and the maximum accumulation of parking in the parking area behind the market occurs on Friday as many as 40 vehicles. From the results of the calculation analysis, it is found that the parking duration at the motorbike parking turnover rate in the Wali Nagari Office area is high on Friday at 2.19 SRP. The duration of parking at the motorcycle parking turnover rate at the Jami' Mosque occurred on Friday at 1.08 SRP.The duration of parking at the car park turnover rate behind the market occurred on Friday at 2.53 SRP. From the results of the calculation analysis, it was found that the average motorcycle parking index at the Wali Nagari office was 116.33%, a parking index greater than 100%. shows that the capacity of the parking space at the wali nagari office is no longer able to accommodate the demand for motorcycle parking. The average motorcycle parking index at the Jami' Mosque office is 51.33%, a parking index that is greater than 100% indicates that the parking space capacity at the Jami' Mosque is no longer able to accommodate vehicle parking requests. The average behind-the-market car parking index is 127.43%, a parking index greater than 100% indicates that the parking space capacity behind the market is no longer able to accommodate the demand for motorcycle parking.Keywords: Parking Area Planning, Parking Accumulation, Parking Duration and Parking Index.

Abstract

The number of buildings that collapsed was caused by the ability of a structure that was not able to support the working load, causing significant loss of property and even life. Therefore, in planning the design of a building structure, it must be really full of accuracy, careful calculations and according to the requirements with reference to the Indonesian National Standard (Indonesian Loading Regulations for Buildings and Buildings SNI-2847-2019 and SNI-1726-2019). This study aims to plan the dimensions of structural elements, calculation of structural reinforcement. The structural element data used are the results of the preliminary design (Preliminary Design). The analysis is assisted by the SAP2000 Version 11 program with the selection of a network system structure system (Grid System). Based on the results of the Preliminary design calculation, data is obtained for the use of the superstructure of the 1st floor to the 3rd floor where the cross section of the main column is 40 x 50 cm, the terrace column is 30x30 cm, the main beam is 30x40 cm, and the joist is 20x30 cm. The planning of floor slabs and also not concrete which was carried out with Preliminary design was found to be 12 cm thick. Abstract

Banda Musajik, which is located in Jorong Alahan Anggang, Nagari Tigo Koto Silungkang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province, is one of the irrigation networks in D.I Gumarang, under the authority of the UPTD Balai SDA and BK North Sumatra Province. The service area is 30 ha, the water source comes from Batang alahan anggang. Weir planning is based on the design flood discharge with a return period of 100 years. The discharge plan uses 10 years of rainfall data. Rainfall stations that affect the Alahan Anggang watershed are Gumarang Station and Kampuang IV Station. The area's average rainfall was determined by the Thiessen Polygon method, the planned rain by the log normal method and the frequency analysis test using the chi square test. Maximum flood discharge (Q100) 13.54 m3/s. The effective width of the dam is 11.42 m, one flush door is 0.80 m wide, one pillar is 0.50 m thick. The type of lighthouse is round with a radius of 0.80 m and a height of 1.52 m. The stilling pool is planned for the Vlugter type with the height of the weir, the length of the pool floor and the radius of the weir of 3.74 m. The length of the flood embankment from the weir to the upstream is 19 m with a height of 0.50 m from the flood water level. From the analysis of the forces acting on the body of the weir, the number of vertical forces (ΣRV) is 5,916 T, the number of horizontal forces (ΣRH) is 8,397 T, the number of holding moments (ΣMT) is 352,678 T.m, the number of overturning moments (ΣMG) is 344,87 T.m. stability of the weir body against overturning 1.31 1.3 , against shear 1.42 1.3, Eccentricity ( e ) 5.05 78.74 Maximum stress 1.90 78.74, minimum stress -0.36 78.7, the design of the weir body is safe against shearing, overturning, and the bearing capacity of the ground.Key words : Hydrological analysis, Hydraulic design of weir, Weir stability.

Abstract

Pesantren dibangun untuk menjadi lembaga keilmuan yang mencakup seluruh aspek-aspek kehidupan dalam bersosial dan budaya, terutama dalam hal keagaaman yang menjadi tiang utama setiap muslim yang taat Perkembangan pendidikan keagaaman meningkat cukup signifikan di daerah Kabupaten Agam dan sekitarnya, hal merupakan dampak baik dari animo masyarakat terhadap mutu pendidikan di Pesantren yang terus membaik Pembangunan gedung bertingkat merupakan salah satu cara untuk memenuhi sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analisis struktur inilah maka didapatkan penulangan struktur berdasarkan analisis penulis. Hasil yang didapat material yang digunakan baja fy = 420 Mpa dan mutu beton fc’ = 30 MPa. Untuk penulangan pelat lantai dipakai tulangan untuk arah x = Ø13 – 250 , sedangkan arah y = Ø13 – 285. Perencanaan kolom memakai mutu baja fy = 420 Mpa dan mutu beton fc’ = 30  MPa dengan ukuran untuk kolom 1 60 cm x 60 cm dipakai tulangan 22 D13, dan untuk kolom 2 50cm x 50cm dipakai tulangan 18 D13. Sedangkan perencanaan balok menggunakan mutu baja fy = 420 Mpa dan mutu beton fc’ = 30 Mpa dengan ukuran untuk balok induk 60cm x 35cm dan balok anak  40cm x 25cm.  Kata kunci: Struktur Gedung, Pesantren, Kelas, Penulangan.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Madina Bukittinggi, yang terletak di jalan Moh. Syafei merupakan salah satu pusat pelayanan kesehatan bagi Masyarakat kota Bukittinggi dan sekitarnya. Sebagai pusat pelayanan yang banyak dikunjungi rumah sakit tersebut memiliki permasalahan dalam hal penyediaan fasilitas parkir, sehingga pengunjung rumah sakit kesulitan untuk memarkirkan kendaraannya pada lahan parkir yang tersedia karena selalu penuh. Menurut Peraturan Daerah Kota Bukittinggi tentang perubahan atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 10 tahun 2014 tentang retribusi tempat khusus parkir pasal 1 ayat 10 dan 12, parkir adalah keadaan kendaraan berhenti atau tidak bergerak untuk beberapa saat dan ditinggalkan pengemudi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan ruang parkir, jumlah kendaraan yang parkir dan pemanfaatan ruang parkir di Jalan Moh. Syafei. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, yang disurvei secara visual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian persentase penggunaan ruang parkir kendaraan roda empat di Jalan Moh. Syafei pada hari Selasa, hari Kamis dan hari Sabtu melebihi 100%. Untuk kendaraan roda dua di Jalan Moh. Syafei pada hari Selasa, hari Kamis dan hari Sabtu melebihi 100%. Dapat disimpulkan apabila indeks parkir lebih dari 100% maka ruang parkir yang tersedia kurang efisien menampung kendaraan yang parkir.Kata kunci: Parkir, ruang parkir, optimalisasi, kendaraan
