Abstract

The existence of stepchildren in a marriage requires legal certainty regarding their rights to the inheritance of their adoptive parents, because after all the presence of stepchildren is deliberately included in a legal marriage and stepchildren are in entitled protection to ensure they are future, regardless of status or status. position. Inheritance in Islamic law is an obligation must be fulfilled and is sometimes highly emphasized because the division of inheritance often causes adverse consequences for a family whose heirs are all left to die. The desire of humans who are too fond of property, often justifies various ways to obtain these assets, including inheritance from their own heirs. Basically, people who have blood relations or blood relations with the heirs become heirs, because of marriage to the heirs (husband or wife of the heir). Based on the above, the author can formulate several related issues, namely what is the position and rights of adopted children over the assets left by adoptive parents? and what about legal certainty regarding the rights of adopted children in the distribution of inheritance or gifts from adoptive parents? The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the position of stepchildren in Islamic inheritance law, then to find out and describe the legal certainty of the rights of stepchildren in the distribution of inheritance or grants given by their adoptive parents. The method used is regulatory research, which is an approach by studying and analyzing existing laws and regulations. The conclusion of this article is that adopted children are not heirs in the family

Abstract

PT. Wonosari Jaya mengalami peningkatan cacat produksi kawat baja selama 4 bulan terakhir tahun 2022, dengan persentase cacat pada bulan September mencapai 77%, Oktober 15%, dan naik kembali menjadi 26% pada November dan Desember. Analisis menggunakan Statistical Process Control (SPC) melalui Check Sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Peta Kendali, Diagram Sebab Akibat, dan analisis 5W+1H mengidentifikasi ketidaksesuaian pada beberapa variabel, seperti diameter kawat baja, kuat tarik, banyak puntir, dan berat lapisan seng, dengan cacat paling dominan pada kuat tarik sebesar 62%. Penyebab kecacatan teridentifikasi meliputi faktor manusia, metode, bahan, alat ukur, pencelupan, lingkungan, kecepatan mesin, pemanasan kawat, dan mesin operator. Upaya perbaikan melibatkan pelatihan operator, penggunaan bahan baku yang konsisten, konsistensi metode pelapisan, waktu perendaman yang konsisten, dan menjaga suhu lingkungan yang stabil. Setelah perbaikan dilakukan dengan menaikkan kecepatan mesin Small Drawing gambar kecil, jumlah sampel cacat kuat tarik berkurang dari 8 sampel menjadi 3 sampel. Dengan meningkatkan kecepatan mesin Small Drawing, jumlah sampel cacat kuat tarik berkurang, dan hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan nilai kuat tarik di atas standar. Setelah perbaikan, proses menjadi lebih terkendali dan tidak ada penyimpangan signifikan pada Peta Kendali.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out whether the role of competency influences employee performance at PT. Santomic Partners Together. Does Work Discipline Affect Employee Performance at PT. Santomic Mitra Bersama. The results of the multiple linear test above can be explained that from the multiple linear regression equation model above is as follows: Y = 5.767 + 0.152 X1 + 0.555 X2 + e. A constant value of 5.767 states that if Competency and Discipline are ignored or equal to zero, then Employee Performance is 5.767. The regression coefficient of Competency is 0.152. What this means is that for every increase in the Competency level by one point, Employee Performance will increase by 0.152. Likewise, if competency decreases by one point, employee performance will decrease by 0.152. The regression coefficient for Discipline is 0.555. What this means is that for every increase in the Discipline level by one point, Employee Performance will increase by 0.555. Vice versa, if 0.555 decreases by one point, employee performance will decrease by 0.555.
