Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan implementasi tentang pengorganisasian pembelajaran, memfasilitasi cara pembuatan modul ajar, RPP, modul projek P5 PPRA asesmen formatif dan sumatif serta laporan hasil belajar anak berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka di Raudhatul Athfal. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa sebuah Workshop Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Raudhatul Athfal Guru RA Se-Kecamatan Sagulung Kota Batam. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 2 hari di mulai dari hari Jumat, 5 Mei 2023 s.d. Sabtu, 6 Mei 2023 bertempat di Gedung Serbaguna Kementrian Agama dengan jumlah peserta 52 orang. Workshop IKM RA metode pelaksanaanya adalah setiap anggota menjadi nara sumber dengan pembagian materi yang sudah ditentukan, kemudian panitia menyiapkan pre test yang diberikan kepada peserta di awal  sebelum nara sumber menguraikan dan menjelaskan tentang IKM RA, dan memberikan post test setelah materi selesai disampaikan. Kegiatan PKM akan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah, sehingga dapat diketahui dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas khususnya guru PAUD untuk kemajuan pendidikan anak usia dini di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : IKM RA, RA, Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin  ABSTRACT This activity aims to provide understanding and implementation of the organization of learning, facilitate how to make teaching modules, lesson plans, P5 PPRA project modules formative and summative assessments and reports on children's learning outcomes based on the Independent Curriculum at Raudhatul Athfal. This community service activity is in the form of a Workshop on the Implementation of the Raudhatul Athfal Independent Curriculum for RA Teachers in Sagulung District, Batam City. This activity lasts for 2 days starting from Friday, 5 May 2023 to. Saturday, May 6 2023 at the Multipurpose Building of the Ministry of Religion with 52 participants. The implementation method for the IKM RA Workshop is that each member becomes a resource person by distributing the material that has been determined, then the committee prepares a pre test which is given to the participants at the beginning before the resource person describes and explains about IKM RA, and gives a post test after the material has been delivered. PKM activities will be published in scientific journals, so that they can be known and benefit the wider community, especially PAUD teachers for the advancement of early childhood education in Indonesia.  Keywords: IKM RA, RA, Rahmatan Lil' Alamin

Abstract

This research aims to determine how to implement of assessment in observing the development of Raudhatul Athfal in Sagulung district using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was used by questionnaire method from 28 respondents consisting of 88.5% of University graduates and 50% of them have more than 5 years of teaching experience. Triangulation technique use data analysis through several processes, namely data reduction, data presentation and making conclusion. This study aims to analyze the assessment process and the types of instruments teachers used in classroom. Researchers identify barriers faced by teachers and provide solutions so that these problems can prevent or suppressed so that they do not become things that cause the learning process to be constrained or disrupted. The result showed that teachers were dominants, around 53.8% did a checklist. In addition, there were 50% of respondents who answered that in conducting their assessment they only observed during the learning process, did not take notes, document or record. Forgetting and erroneous elements can occur when giving assessments or explanations in the assessment instruments used because the teacher only gives assessments from memory. This makes the validity of the teacher's assessment results inaccurate and doubtful. Other research results found that there were differences in family background, the number of children in one class, children often did not come to school and teachers did not make use of digital facilities and this was an obstacle in the implementation of the assessment.
