Abstract

Kegiatan penambangan pada akhirnya akan menyisakan lubang tambang (void)dan dinding-dinding lubang tambang. Low Wall merupakan dinding lubangtambang dengan sudut kemiringan searah lapisan batu bara, sedangkan HighWall merupakan dinding lubang tambang dengan arah sebaliknya. Keduanyaakan tetap nampak di atas permukaan air void dan menjadi bagian dari kewajiban reklamasi. Low Wall Pit Peri seluas ± 6 ha memiliki sudut kemiringan 26 % dengan sifat kimia tanah: miskin zat organik, pH masam, kandungan batuan pembentuk asam (PAF) tinggi, serta rendahnya nilai KTK (kapasitas tukar kation) dan kejenuhan basa. Kondisi tersebut tergolong lahan kritis sehingga memerlukan rekayasa khusus dalam melakukan reklamasi.PT KPC telah melakukan reklamasi-revegetasi di Low Wall Pit Peri dengankombinasi metode bioremediasi dan fitoremediasi. Tahapan reklamasi diawalipembersihan permukaan carbonaceous untuk mengurangi tereksposnya batuanPAF, penyiapan media tanam bioremediasi, dan penanaman fitoremediasi.Metode ini cukup efektif memperbaiki sifat kimia tanah. Terbukti pada umur ±11 bulan setelah tanam, pohon turi telah mencapai ketinggian rata-rata ± 1,5 mdan rumput signal grass mampu menutupi mayoritas areal yang ditabur.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengelola kelas dan gaya mengajar guru terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas XI materi pembelajaran pembangunan ekonomi SMA Negeri 2 Slawi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 120 siswa dengan sampel 100 siswa. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh keterampilan mengelola kelas dan gaya mengajar guru terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa sebesar 47,5%. Secara parsial keterampilan mengelola kelas berpengaruh sebesar 54,4% dan gaya mengajar guru berpengaruh sebesar 36,6%. Dengan keterampilan mengelola kelas dan gaya mengajar guru yang baik, akan meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. The aim of this research is to know the impacts of classroom management skills and teaching styles of teachers on student activities class learning materials economic development XI SMA Negeri 2 Slawi. This research is quantitative research, with amount of population was 120 students with a sample of 100 students. The data analysis methods were descriptive and multiple linear regression. The data input methods used are questionnaires. The results showed that there is simultaneously classroom management skills and teaching styles of teachers on student activities class of 47.5%. Partially classroom management skills effect of 54.4% and styles teachers teaching effect of 36.6%. With a good classroom management skills and teaching styles of teachers are high, will increase student activities class.

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of AI adoption among Islamic Religious Education teachers within the 21st-century learning paradigm. Grounded in the TPB, it examines how attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control shape teachers’ intentions and actual behaviors regarding AI integration. A quantitative survey was conducted via online questionnaires distributed to 150 islamic religious education teachers in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3 for PLS-SEM. Results indicate that perceived behavioral control was the most significant predictor, strongly influencing intention with coefficient = 0.586, p <0.001 and behavior with coefficient = 0.300, p = 0.021. Subjective norms also significantly affected intention with coefficient = 0.278, p = 0.001. Conversely, attitudes had no direct impact on intention (p = 0.681) but significantly predicted behavior with coefficient = 0.432, p <0.001. The model demonstrated strong explanatory power. Accounting for 65.8% of intention variance and 78.9% of behavior variance, affirming TPB’s efficacy in understanding technology adoption among Islamic religious education teachers. These findings underscore the critical role of teachers’ self-efficacy and social influence in AI adoption. Practical interventions, such as hands-on training and fostering supportive environments, are essential for successful integration. Future research could explore mediating variables or qualitative approaches to deepen understanding of barriers and facilitators.
