Abstract

The quality of public services is seen as one of the components that need to be realized by the company, because it has the influence to bring in new customers and can reduce the possibility of old customers to switch to other companies. Work discipline is defined when employees always come and go home on time, do all work well, comply with all company regulations and prevailing social norms. Customer satisfaction is a condition in which customer needs, wants, and expectations can be fulfilled through the products consumed. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of public services and work discipline of employees on community satisfaction at the Lolak district office, Kab. Bolaang Mongondow. This research is a type of associative research with a survey approach. The analysis method used is multiple regression and hypothesis testing. Service quality and employee work discipline together affect community satisfaction at the Lolak sub-district office.

Abstract

Motivation is an encouragement made by others so that existing employees want to work and produce something better. Discipline is the behavior that exists in the employee concerned to obey all the rules that exist in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline both simultaneously and partially affecting the work productivity of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The type of research used is associative research with Multiple Linear Regression analysis methods. The number of samples used was 30 respondents. The results showed that simultaneous and partial motivation and discipline affect work productivity. the leader can provide more motivation to the employees so that work productivity is further improved in the future.

Abstract

This research concerned with the model of women's industries empowerment through entrepreneurship training based on superior pineapple products in Lobong Village, West Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research aims to identify a model of women's empowerment through entrepreneurship training based on superior pineapple plant products in Lobong Village, West Passi District so that they are able to solve problems related to the National Research Master Plan in the focus areas of Social Humanities, Education, Arts and Culture. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach, namely, by viewing the object of study as a system, meaning that the object of study is seen as a unit consisting of elements that are interrelated and describe existing phenomena. This research methods was carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely the First Stage, the preliminary study stage. The second stage is tdata collection. The third stage is data processing. The fourth stage is conclusion. The research results show that access to education for small and medium industries for women in Lobong Village is mostly quite low, but the impact felt is quite significant. Economically, the small and medium women's industries in Lobong Village Enterprises which previously had no income, through entrepreneurial training/technical guidance activities, have earned their own income to supplement their family's needs. There are even several small and medium women's industries whose pineapple jam products are marketed outside the area and in supermarkets. Based on the results of field observations, small and medium women's industries in Lobong Village are quite proficient in mastering pineapple jam product processing skills, but their main obstacle is the ability to build networks and they still really need additional capital to increase production. Abstract

The role of human resource management (HRM) significantly influences the improvement of employee’ performance at BRI Unit Modayag. Effective HRM determines to what extend employees work and demonstrate competence in related fields. This study aims to determine the role of HRM in improving employee performance at BRI Unit Modayag. The type of this research is field research by using interview and documentation methods. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative with inductive analysis. The results show that HRM significantly impacts the improvement of employee performance, it is proved by the increase in the number of customers. HRM implementation includes recruitment, selection, training, and compensation.

Abstract

This study analyzes entrepreneurial skills in the commercialization of pineapple fiber woven fabrics among pineapple fiber woven fabric artisans at the Morobayat LKS (Social Welfare Institution) in the West Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and maps the internal and external factors that influence them. The method used was a qualitative descriptive method, namely data collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and SWOT analysis supported by the IFE and EFE matrices. The findings indicate that skills such as creativity and innovation, business management, communication skills, market analysis, and environmental awareness, and networking and collaboration are very important in transforming pineapple fiber into valuable woven fabrics, which contribute to the economic independence of the community. The IFE score (0.8) indicates strong internal factors, especially abundant raw materials and distinctive local motifs. The EFE score (1.0) indicates more dominant external opportunities, including the trend towards environmentally friendly products, government support, and tourism potential. The SWOT analysis places the industry in quadrant I (aggressive strategy), recommending increased innovation, digital marketing, and external collaboration. In conclusion, entrepreneurial skills combined with favorable internal and external factors are crucial for the successful commercialization of pineapple fiber woven fabric as a competitive local product.
