Abstract

ABSTRAK Rheumatoid Arthritis merupakan pembengkakan pada jaringan ikat, atau bisa di artikan juga penyakit autoimun (penyakit yang terjadi pada saat tubuh diserang oleh sistem kekebalan tubuhnya sendiri) yang mengakibatkan peradangan dalam waktu lama pada sendi lansia, untuk itu perlu perawatan dan perhatian khusus bagi lansia dengan nyeri sendi terutama oleh keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengetahuan keluarga tentang perawatan penyakit rematoid artritis pada lansia di Puskesmas Gurah, kecamatan Gurah, kabupaten Kediri Tahun 2014. Desain Penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Deskriptif. Dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposif sampling.Populasinya adalah seluruh keluarga yang mempunyai lansia di Puskesmas Gurah Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri, yaitu 134 responden. Sampel sebanyak 57 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inkliusi dan eksklusi. Dan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil pelitian didapatkan Pengetahuan Keluarga Tentang Perawatan Penyakit Reumatoid Arthritis pada lansia di dapatkan 2 responden (3%) berpengetahuan baik sekali, 21 responden (37%) berpengetahuan baik, 28 responden (49%) berpengetahuan cukup, dan 6 responden (11%) berpengetahuan Kurang. Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan informasi keluarga merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan, namun karena responden terbanyak memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup karena kurangnya informasi, maka perlu bagi keluarga aktif dalam mengantar lansia ke posyandu lansia, agar mendapat informasi yang jelas bagaimana cara merawat lansia terutama yang mengalami reumatoid arthritis. Abstract

Aktivitas belajar di sekolah cukup komplek dan bervariasi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada mata diklat kearsipan kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 9 Semarang.mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah pengunjung dari tahun ke tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket dan dokumentasi. hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dengan persamaanY = 22,155 + 0,372X1 + 0,367X2. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara metode mengajar dan fasilitas terhadap aktivitas belajar yaitu 55%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap aktivitas belajar secara parsial adalah metode mengajar sebesar 30,914% sedangkan untuk fasilitas belajar yaitu 21,996%.   Teaching and learning activities in schools are quite complex and diverse. The problem of this study wasthe low learning activity of the tenth grade students at Archival subject in Office Administration department at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. The result of multiple linear regression analysis was Y = 22.155 + 0.372X1 + 0.367X2. The teaching method and teaching learning facility influenced simultaniously toward the learning activity for 55%. The variable which gave the largest impact on the learning activity was teaching method for 30,914% and the second largest impact was learning facility for 21,996%.

Abstract

Background: Low Birth Weight (LBW) Infants often experiences feeding difficulties due to oromotor function immaturity, which directly inhibits weight gain and prolongs hospitalization. Oral motor stimulation is a promising non-pharmacological intervention to address this issue, but quantitative evidence regarding its impact in the context of local care still needs to be strengthened. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of oral motor stimulation intervention on weight gain in LBW infants. Method: This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post test design. A total of 18 LBW infants who met the inclusion criteria in the Perinatology Room of R. Ali Manshur Hospital, Tuban, received oral motor stimulation intervention for 15 minutes every day for 7 consecutive days. Weight data before and after intervention were analyzed using the Paired Samples t-Test after meeting the assumption of normality through the Shapiro-Wilk test. Results: The results showed an increase in average body weight from 2122.22 grams (SD=181.68) to 2608.33 grams (SD=88.43). There was a very significant difference in body weight with an average increase of 486.11 grams; t = -13.736; p <0.001). Conclusion: Oral motor stimulation intervention was significantly effective in increasing weight gain in LBW infants. This intervention can be an important component of nursing care to optimize growth outcomes and support readiness to go home in this vulnerable population.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines moral values ​​in QS. Luqman verses 13-19 as a basis for parenting in the digital era and formulates a digital parenting strategy based on Qur'anic principles that are relevant to the challenges of the times. The analysis was conducted qualitatively with descriptive data presentation. The maudhui interpretation method and Fazlur Rahman's double movement approach were used to connect historical and contemporary meanings. Data were collected through a study of the verses of the Qur'an and interpretations as well as from books and articles about Digital Parenting. The results of the study show that values ​​such as monotheism, gratitude, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, and social etiquette in QS. Luqman verses 13-19 are relevant as a moral and spiritual basis in facing parenting challenges in the digital era, such as exposure to negative content, technology addiction, and declining moral character of children. These findings confirm that the integration of Qur'anic principles can strengthen ethical and empowering parenting strategies, as well as build children's character solidly morally and spiritually. In conclusion, strengthening moral values ​​from these verses is important for building a resilient young generation amidst the rapid development of technology. This study provides practical and theoretical contributions to the development of Qur'anic value-based parenting strategies in a digital context.
