Abstract

The Gelora Madani Batam Foundation (YGMB) is a non-governmental organization engaged in social, religious and educational fields. In its implementation, YGMB experienced problems in managing financial reports. Therefore, this research will develop an Accounting Information System (SIA) to solve the problems faced by YGMB. In this study using qualitative methods and systems development systems using the waterfall method. SIA is developed based on web using codeigniter framework

Abstract

Global Excellence Batam course institute (GE Batam) is a non-formal educational institution that has several course programs that have been trusted by the Batam community. To improve its institutional organization, GE Batam wants to implement a human resource management information system (HRIS). In this research, HRIS development will be carried out using a codeigniter framework then the system will be used. As a result, the HRIS implemented by GE Batam can run well and data can be stored in a database and can be managed easily.

Abstract

KOTAKU is a nationally implemented program to build an integrated system for slums, where local governments lead and collaborate with stakeholders in planning and implementation, and promote community participation. So far, the report on the development of facilities and infrastructure has been done conventionally. This is very difficult for the community to see the development and benefits of the development program. to support the transparency process and to assist Kelurahan in monitoring the development progress of KOTAKU program, it is necessary to build a computerized information system to carry out the process of recording of Infrastructure Development Activities On or inventory of KOTAKU Program. In developing the system will use the waterfall development method. It is expected that with this information system can help BKM River Langkai in recording every development of facilities and infrastructure and can be used by the community to see and monitor the development of the process of development of facilities and infrastructure implemented at the KOTAKU program in BKM Sungai Langkai. So it can help the implementation of transparency in the implementation process of development activities.

Abstract

Kegiatan bakti sosial dan buka puasa bersama yang dilaksanakan oleh Resimen Mahasiswa (Menwa) Politeknik Negeri Batam di LKSA PSAA Nurul Hidayah, Batam, pada 15 Maret 2025, bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan bela negara. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mahasiswa dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program yang berfokus pada pemberian bantuan sembako serta edukasi motivasional bagi anak-anak panti asuhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berbasis komunitas, yang menekankan pada partisipasi aktif masyarakat penerima manfaat, dalam hal ini anak-anak di panti. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kepedulian sosial dan empati terhadap sesama, sekaligus memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan nasionalisme. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian yang dilaksanakan tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga membentuk karakter mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan yang peduli terhadap kondisi sosial. Kegiatan ini menjadi contoh implementasi pengabdian yang berdampak, berkelanjutan, dan sejalan dengan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

Munculnya jasa tour dan travel pada saat ini membuat masyarakat lebih mudah dalam mendapatkan jasa – jasa di tour and travel , Kebutuhan jasa juga di ikuti dengan kebutuhan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, guna memberikan layanan yang berkualitas dibutuhkan komunikasi yang tepat terhadap para pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi – strategi apa saja yang dilakukan Customer Relations dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tour and travel terdekat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi interpersonal yang digunakan pada Tour dan Travel dalam meningkatkan kepuasan adalah dengan Customer Relations eksternal dan Customer Relations internal dalam menangani konsumen baik di dalam maupun luar.
