Abstract

This study aims to find dominant factors that influence the level of loyalty of teachers at primary and secondary education levels in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Loyalty is a positive and constructive behavior for the development and progress of every organization. Workers who have high loyalty to their organizational units will make a positive contribution to the growth and development of the company or organization as a whole. This paradigm can also be implemented in the education sector. Teachers who have high loyalty will be the capital in developing school progress. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is teachers at primary and secondary education who work in the city of Kupang. The number of samples used was 141 teachers. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study convey that there are 4 (four) factors that are significant dominant in building the behavior of teacher loyalty to educational institutions, especially in the city of Kupang. These factors are integrity, discipline towards school rules, coworkers, and income or salary.

Abstract

Competition of financial institutions is so tight, however the development of Islamic financial institutions the longer shows that the positive trend. The basic problem in islamic bank is how to spur employee performance to always improve. Excellent employees will contribute significantly to achieve the company’s goals. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) have been experiencing a significant growth. This research purposes to know the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on employee performance at BSI KCP Pancor. The research used the quantitative with correlation method. The sample is collected by using saturated sampling method and multiple linear regression for analyzing the data. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 30 respondents source was distribution of questionnaires to BSI employees. This study found that Motivation (0,032<0,05), Compensation (0,021<0,05) and Work Environment (0,044<0,05) has significant and positive effect on employee performance at BSI KCP Pancor. This study assists to understand the bank management specifically in employee performance. In other hand, the findings can be preferences in making policy for government, helpful to use additional references about comparison of Islamic banks employee performance and its influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of knowledge, skills, and work attitudes on employee job satisfaction at the Ministry of Investment of the Republic of Indonesia / BKPM. This type of research uses quantitative methodology with a survey of 77 employees, this study applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into how aspects of knowledge, skills, and work attitudes contribute to job satisfaction, as well as their implications for human resource management in the government environment. This research is relevant for managerial practice, particularly in designing HR policies that increase job satisfaction and organizational efficiency. The study also offers a theoretical contribution by examining and expanding the literature on knowledge, skills, and work attitudes in the context of job satisfaction in the government sector.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of Recruitment, Placement, and Performance Appraisal on Employee Performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung. Aims: 1) to find out, determine, and analyze the effect of recruitment on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 2) to find out, determine, and analyze the effect of placement on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 3) to find out, determine, and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung 4) to find out, determine, and analyze the effect of recruitment, placement, and performance appraisal on employee performance at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung. Method: This research method is associated correlation with a quantitive approach. Sampling data in this research is simple random sampling. The population in this study was 160 employees at Tanti Kirana Clinic Rangkasbitung. The sample in this study was 62 respondents. The present era signifies a pivotal moment for the comeback of Human Resource Management. Abstract

Stunting is a complex issue that requires a multidisciplinary approach. Nutritional factors, economic policies, food technology innovations, and optimizing the role of healthcare workers are key elements in its prevention efforts. A multisectoral approach based on scientific evidence is the main strategy in addressing this issue sustainably. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of stunting management policies, particularly in the implementation of the PNPK Stunting, Local PMT program, and PKMK. Furthermore, this research seeks to enhance the accuracy of intervention targeting by analyzing the effectiveness of nutrition programs in reducing stunting rates and the factors influencing them. An analysis of socio-economic factors is also conducted to understand the role of maternal education, income levels, and access to healthcare services in influencing stunting prevalence. The results of this study provide policy recommendations that are more targeted, including optimal strategies for implementing community-based nutrition programs tailored to the needs of the population, enhancing the capacity of healthcare workers, and developing more effective community-based intervention models to increase awareness among pregnant and breastfeeding mothers about balanced nutrition

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the performance of employees and the culture of the organization in the Department of Education in the Pulau Taliabu Regency via the lens of leadership as a variable that intervenes. The study utilizes entire sampling, which means that each member of the population has an equal chance of being chosen for the sample. The study utilizes an explanatory approach and a quantitative strategy. Leadership has a favorable effect on the performance of employees, and organizational culture also has a positive effect on performance. The Sobel test demonstrated, as did other tests, that there is a high association between the performance of employees and the culture of an organization. In addition, leadership serves as a mediating function between the two. The significance of establishing an effective leadership style and developing a strong company culture in order to increase employee performance is highlighted by these studies. Leadership development programs are to be strengthened in order to optimize the beneficial effects of business culture on employee outcomes, according to the practical implications.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that professionalism in the workplace has on employee performance, with transformational leadership and work motivation serving as the factors that act as mediators. The research was carried out at Toyota stores in Jakarta, and it utilized a quantitative technique in conjunction with an explanatory planning approach. All of the primary data were examined to determine their validity, reliability, homogeneity, and normality, and the sampling method that was utilized was saturated sampling. For the purpose of analyzing the connections between the variables, path analysis was utilized. According to the findings, professionalism in the workplace has a substantial impact, both directly and indirectly, on transformational leadership, employee performance, and motivation in the workplace both directly and indirectly. Additionally, workplace motivation and transformational leadership both have been shown to have a favorable impact on the performance of employees. Based on these findings, it appears that individuals that exhibit professionalism by demonstrating knowledge, competence, attitude, and a strong work ethic, in conjunction with high motivation and transformational leadership, are more likely to attain optimal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyse the impact of event organiser service performance on customer satisfaction, with professionalism and emotional intelligence serving as intervening variables. The research was conducted among event organiser service firms in South Tangerang City and classified as explanatory research employing a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and subsequently tested for validity, reliability, and normality to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The sampling technique applied was saturated sampling, involving all members of the population, and the analytical method used was path analysis to determine both direct and indirect effects between variables. The findings indicate that event organiser service performance, professionalism, and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service performance indirectly affects customer satisfaction through the mediating roles of professionalism and emotional intelligence. The results highlight that professionally competent employees who possess strong emotional intelligence are more capable of managing their emotions, maintaining composure in challenging situations, and fostering effective communication and collaboration within teams. These qualities contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere that enhances service quality. Consequently, customers experience higher satisfaction when they are served sincerely, empathetically, and with a deep understanding of their needs, thereby strengthening the overall service performance of event organiser firms.
