Abstract

Abstrak. Tomat Chery (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) salah satu jenis sayuran yang banyak dibudidayakan oleh petani baik di dataran tinggi maupun dataran rendah, karena mempunyai prospek yang baik untuk diusahakan secara komersial bentuk buah segar atau hasil pengolahan. Rendahnya produktivitas tanaman tomat Chery sering dihadapkan berbagai masalah dalam budidayanya terutama hama dan penyakit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun percobaan 1 Fakultas Pertanian dan Laboratorium ilmu dan Teknologi benih Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola non factorial 8 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, Sehingga terdapat 24 kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan rizobakteri isolate indigenous berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 15 HST, berat buah per tanaman, diameter buah, jumlah buah pertanaman dan potensi hasil. Berpengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman tomat 30 HST, tinggi tanaman tomat 45 HST dan diameter batang.Effect of Seed Treatment Using Indigenous Rhizobacteria on growth and yield cherry tomatoes (Lycopersycum esculentum Mill)Abstract. Mill. Lycopersicum esculentum Vegetable plants are responsible for the production of fruit due to their abundance of vitamins and minerals. The study aims to determine how cherry tomato growth and yield are affected by indigenous rhizobacteria. This study used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 8 treatments and 3 replications to study 24 treatment combinations. The investigation focused on plant height, stem diameter, fruit weight per plant, fruit diameter, number of fruits per plant, and yield potential. The treatment of Indigenous Rhizobakteri isolates had a significant impact on tomato plant height at 15 HST, fruit weight per plant, fruit diameter, number of fruit planted, and yield potential. significant impact on tomato plant height and stem diameter at 30 and 45 DAP. The LDG 7/3 treatment was the most effective in terms of plant height, tomato stem diameter, fruit weight per plant, fruit diameter, and potential yield.
