Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatanself-management dalam belajar pada siswa kelas VIIID melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah pre-test and post-test. Populasi dalam penelitianadalah siswa kelas VIIIDSMP N 1 Jakenan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa terdiri dari 4 siswa berkriteria rendah dan sedang; dan 1 siswa berkriteria tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi yang digunakan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bimbingan kelompok. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan deskriptif persentase.Pada hasil pre-test diperoleh hasil sebesar 64,2% dan setelah diberikan treatment diperoleh hasil post-test sebesar 72,32%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan Self-Management dalam belajarpada semua siswa sebesar 8,12%setelah pemberian treatment. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung>Ztabel. Dengan demikian, Self-Managementdalam belajar pada siswa kelas VIIID dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. The purpose of this study was to determine in increase of performance self learning management in class VIIID inSMPN 1 Jakenan through group guidance services.This research included in the type of research experiments. The design used are pre-test and post-test. The population in this study were all students SMPN 1 Jakenan VIIID class by the number of 34 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research sample were totality 10 student, consisted of 4 students with low and moderate criteria, and 1 student with high and very high criteria. The methods of data collection using psychological scales used in the time before and after the group guide services. The analysis techniques using Wilcoxon test and descriptive percentages.In the pre-test results obtained in the study with the self learning management category (64.2%). And the result after being given treatment obtained the self learning management  withhigh category (72.32%). The results showed an increase in self learning management in students is 8.12%. Wilcoxon test results show that Zhitung = 55> Ztabel = 8. The conclusions from this research is the self learning management could increased by group guidance services.
