Abstract

Government support through Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2019 concerning the Acceleration of the Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicle Program for Road Transportation and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources which has issued Ministerial Regulation No. 13 of 2020 concerning the Provision of Electric Charging Infrastructure for Battery-Based Electric Motorized Vehicles. The Ministerial Regulation explains that the government aims to accelerate the battery-based Electric Motorized Vehicle (KBL) program. This regulates the electric charging facility for KBL.The Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) is a business opportunity that can provide benefits for producers and national business entrepreneurs. This study reviews the business opportunities for public electric vehicle charging stations, especially on the Trans Java Cikampek Surabaya Toll Road, using a dynamic system approach. Several reviews were also discussed which included emission conversions, business schemes, financial analysis, and investment values. In this paper, there isan option for placing the SPKLU on the Trans Java Cikampek – Surabaya 54 rest area as a business opportunity for business actors to invest in SPKLU.Financial analysis regarding the feasibility of SPKLU investment, can provide investment certainty regarding the business model of providing SPKLU with the Ultra Fast Charging Out Door type

Abstract

Riset ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengevaluasi serta menguraikan keterkaitan antara persepsi produk, persepsi harga, dan persepsi tempat terhadap minat beli mobil listrik pada masyarakat yang berada di kawasan Jabodetabek. Metode yang diterapkan merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan hubungan sebab-akibat yang bersifat asosiatif. Informasi empiris dikumpulkan melalui instrumen kuesioner berbasis skala Likert, yang disebarkan kepada sebanyak 103 partisipan terpilih dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga responden sesuai dengan karakteristik penelitian yang telah ditetapkan. Proses pengolahan serta pengujian data dilakukan memakai software SPSS versi 27 untuk memastikan akurasi interpretasi statistik. Hasil pengujian mengungkapkan persepsi produk (β = 0,570; sig. = 0,000) bersama persepsi harga (β = 0,402; sig. = 0,000) memberikan pengaruh positif serta bermakna secara statistik terhadap minat beli mobil listrik. Sebaliknya, persepsi tempat (β = –0,035; sig. = 0,672) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan apabila dianalisis secara parsial. Meskipun demikian, apabila ketiga variabel diuji secara bersamaan, ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli mobil listrik (F = 32,268; sig. = 0,000). Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) bernilai 0,494 mengindikasikan model penelitian mampu menjelaskan bernilai 49,4% variasi perubahan minat beli mobil listrik. Temuan tersebut menegaskan mutu produk, kelengkapan inovasi teknologi, serta kesesuaian nilai ekonomi dengan manfaat yang diterima konsumen menjadi determinan utama yang memperkuat minat beli mobil listrik, khususnya di lingkungan perkotaan modern seperti Jabodetabek. Abstract

Aktivitas hoteling kapal pengangkut batubara saat sandar di Jetty PLTU Tanjung Jati B masih dipenuhi oleh auxiliary engine berbahan bakar minyak, sehingga menimbulkan biaya operasional dan emisi lokal yang tinggi. Onshore Power Supply (OPS) menggantikan pasokan tersebut dengan listrik dari jaringan darat. Penelitian ini menganalisis kelayakan tekno-ekonomi pemasangan OPS berbasis Static Frequency Converter 750 kVA melalui pendekatan kuantitatif studi kasus. Aspek ekonomi dinilai menggunakan model penghematan bahan bakar (avoided fuel cost) dengan indikator NPV, IRR, DPP, dan B/C Ratio pada empat skenario pemanfaatan (10%, 50%, 80%, dan 100%), dilengkapi analisis arus kas 25 tahun, analisis sensitivitas one-at-a-time, matriks sensitivitas dua arah, serta analisis ekosistem manfaat ganda. Hasil menunjukkan proyek tidak layak pada pemanfaatan 10% (NPV −Rp27,43 miliar; B/C 0,34) namun layak pada 50%, 80%, dan 100%, dengan NPV meningkat hingga +Rp78,35 miliar, IRR 43,06%, dan periode pengembalian 3–8 tahun; titik impas tercapai pada utilisasi sekitar 33,34%. Variabel paling berpengaruh adalah tingkat pemanfaatan OPS, diikuti WACC dan biaya O&M. Setiap sandar/call menghasilkan penghematan bersih setara Rp5.764/kWh, dan implementasi OPS memberikan manfaat ganda bagi unit pembangkitan serta unit distribusi PLN.
