Abstract

ABSTRAK Penemuan obat diabetes mellitus sedang banyak dilakukan akibat meningkatnya angka penderita diabetes mellitus. Peneliti menemukan penghambatan terhadap enzim α-glukosidase berperan penting dalam mencegah diabetes komplikasi dan mengontrol gula darah. Senyawa yang berpotensi menjadi inhibitor enzim α-glukosidase yaitu turunan benzimidazol tertautkan 1,2,3-triazol. Hubungan Kuantitatif Struktur-Aktivitas (HKSA) menjadi metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan parameter hidrofobik (LogP dan LogS), elektronik (Etotal dan EHOMO), dan sterik (MW dan Vw) dari senyawa turunan benzimidazol tertautkan 1,2,3-triazol dengan aktivitas sebagai inhibitor enzim α-glukosidase. Parameter HKSA dan kriteria lipinski ditentukan menggunakan website online ADMET Lab 2.0 (https://admetmesh.scbdd.com/). Kriteria lipinski menunjukkan seluruh senyawa memenuhi syarat aturan sehingga senyawa turunan benzimidazol tertautkan 1,2,3-triazol dapat menjadi obat aktif jika diberikan per oral. Persamaan HKSA terbaik ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan nilai r, nilai r2, nilai p, nilai F, dan nilai S, sehingga persamaan yang paling terbaik yaitu -LogIC50 = -0.308 LogP -0.009 Etotal +0.196, dengan n= 15, r = 0.887; r2 = 0.787; F = 12.954; p = 0.004; S = 0.103. Persamaan menunjukkan adanya hubungan parameter Log P dan Etotal dengan aktivitasnya, semakin kecil Log P dan Etotal maka semakin besar aktivitas senyawa turunan benzimidazol tertautkan 1,2,3-triazol sebagai inhibitor enzim α-glukosidase. Abstract

The Suruhan plant (Peperomia pelluida) has many benefits that cannot be separated from the compounds contained in the suruhan plant. Traditionally, the suruhan plant is used by the people of Kalimantan as a cold powder, so in this research a phytochemical screening was carried out and the SPF value of the suruhan extract emulsion was tested. The results showed that the extract contained flavonoids, alkaloids, phenolics and terpenoids. Testing the SPF values ​​obtained 5 formulas that had anti-ultraviolet activity in the medium and low categories with the highest SPF value of 31.48.

Abstract

Suruhan plants are traditionally often used by Kalimantan people as cold powder . This plant contains secondary metabolites flavonoids, alkaloids, and phenolics that have high antioxidant activity. Suruhan extract as active ingredient chosen Because its potential as a sunscreen, this research aims for know the activity of nanoemulsion with suruhan extract as a sunscreen by resulting of SPF value . manufacturing process use low energy nanoemulsion method. With the constituent ingredient of Tween 80, Propylene glycol , VCO, Phenoxyethanol, and Aquadest. From the optimization results the highest % transmittance of the formula was 98.23% with a tween concentration of 11%. Test results of SPF value is obtained that nanoemulsion suruhan extract have a activity as a UV protection by category medium protection and high protection.
