Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) can be utilized for controlling and monitoring at a particular place such as home, commonly called Smarthome. One of the protocols which is deemed appropriate for the implementation of IoT and the Smarthome is MQTT protocol that has publish/subscribe communication mechanism. In which it requires network protocols, also supporting devices such as a sensor DHT11 which will be used to read the temperature conditions in Smarthome, the LDR which is a sensor of light intensity, LED lights that will represent controlling devices in Smarthome and microcontroller which acts as an actuator. Microcontrollers used in this study is a microcontroller Wemos D1 R2 which has a module ESP8266 that supports the establishment of a wireless network. In this research, a simple prototype of Smarthome is built, where two pieces of LED lights will go on and or out based on the value of temperature and light sensor data, then controlled through the application of the control system. The application can also display temperature and light sensor data in graph form as a function of the monitoring control system. The test result showed the number of packets sent using protocol MQTT at a time affect the delta time, wherein the shorter the sending time the smaller the delta time value, and the integrity value of data which is sent and received through MQTT protocl is 100%.

Abstract

Today the use of smartphones has become a way of life in almost all walks of life. Mothers are already accustomed to using the Android smartphone to communicate through social media. In general, smartphones are not fully utilized for activities that are productive. This paper discusses the use of Android applications to support the activities of Posyandu (Integrated Service Post). Applications developed can be used to replace the IHC administration system which still manual and conventional. Toddlers data recording process, the immunization schedule, and early childhood development can be done easily and quickly using the Android app on the smartphone. With this application, administrative activities in Posyandu become more efficient and encourages mothers to take advantage of a smartphone with applications more productive.

Abstract

Office security system is a mechanism that can be used as a right of access to sterile room or protected, because the room have access rights and rules those are open and some to be limited. At the PT. Rahmi Ida Nusantara office security mechanism still uses conventional security methods in the form of symbols and security personnel. Therefore, in this study applied a security system involving their office with NFC sensors as the main identity of the User to make access to the room and WI-FI to create an integrated security monitoring system. Based on the results of this study concluded that the application for integrated office security system can secure the office. Designing a system security office using android device as a controller security remote sensing, NFC as identification inside and arduino as main microcontroller, then the integrated office security system, can be controlled and monitored remotely, can have a greater level of security higher than with conventional security systems.

Abstract

Parking is the process of every vehicle that stops at certain places whether expressed by signs or not, and not solely for the benefit of raising or lowering people or goods. Research this discusses how to accelerate the parking process using client server method where. Users only match the data that is embedded in the system with the user id. Connected system capable of displaying real time information that updates quickly for users of both the student and admin users. Which involves human and machine relationships to support the running of the system in order to manage well within the organization. NFC is a series of wireless technology at close range, which requires a distance less than 10 cm or less. Website there is maping the parking area and the capacity that updates in real time. With the speed of registration system (check in, check out) faster. Because the RFID reader reads the NFC Tag in seconds. While the NFC Tag is owned only 1 unit for 1 student, which is given by the Admin. NFC Tags are not easy to forge. Because each Tag has a different ID, and if it is falsified. Fake Tags can not be synchronized with the data on the server, because the fake id is indeed not listed.

Abstract

In recent years, football has turned out to be the one of the most favorite sport in world-wide and turn into a business of football transfer in continental Europe (Baihaqi, 2014). Football transfer is a critical process due to To increase the performance in the next season or replace player which is move to another club. However, by using manual method, it becomes time-consuming since a scout has to look the player weekly or yearly. Morever if the decision is bad, then a club may encounter losses which is from the transfer cost and player salaries. In order to solve this issues, decision support system for football transfer has been developed by employing Analytical Hirarcy Process (AHP). From the obtained result, the accuracy by using this system is 80% of six data testing. Therefore, AHP is an effective method in order to support the decision for football transfer.

Abstract

Routing is very important for the process of taking a packet from a device and sending it through the network to another device on a different network. The routing algorithm affects the sending process of a packet and also the network that exists on the routing. In a network topology to transmit data is used a variety of routing protocols. OSPF with link-state algorithms and RIP using distance vector algorithms is the most of popular used routing protocols. This study was conducted to compare the performance of the OSPF and RIP routing protocols on LAN networks. By comparing and analyzing the required travel time of the routing protocol in sending a number of different data packets, we can know which routing protocol is the fastest on topology that has been designed. From the results of the study can be concluded that the OSPF routing protocol faster in the delivery of data packets by looking at the results of the travel time required to deliver a specified number of data packets.

Abstract

IoT middleware that used to solve syntactical interoperability, face a limited storage resource due toRedis implementation which used RAM as a data buffer. This problem can be solved by adding a clustermessage broker to distributing data to several Redis. The goal of this research is to develop a clustermessage broker from several Redis that already configured into cluster mode, in order to randomlydistribute data or topic into several Redis. Besides that, Ioredis also added the middleware to integratecluster with the middleware. Testing was done to test the capability of the sensor node as a publisher,cluster message broker in the middleware, and subscriber also to test the distributed data or topic inseveral Redis. The results show that data sent from the publisher can be received by middleware andmiddleware can send data from the publisher to the subscriber. Besides that, data or topic received bymiddleware can be distributed to the several Redis in the cluster.

Abstract

Sungai merupakan suatu ekosistem alami yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Akan tetapi sungai juga menjadi suatu ancaman dimana sewaktu-waktu terjadi banjir, ditambah juga dengan tidak ada suatu peringatan dini untuk bisa mengantisipasi terjadinya banjir. Dari masalah tersebut, peneliti merencanakan penelitian dan pembuatan perangkat yang mampu memberikan peringatan dini pada saat terjadi kenaikan ketinggian air sungai atau banjir dengan menggunakan konsep Jaringan Sensor Nirkabel berupa node sensor yang bertugas dalam memonitor kondisi sungai. Dimana kemudian data yang telah di monitor dikirim ke gateway menggunakan modul LoRa, setelah itu gateway akan meneruskan data tersebut ke server melalui protokol MQTT. Dan dari server ketika data yang dikirim melebihi nilai tertentu, maka server akan mengirim notifikasi banjir menuju smartphone pengguna melalui aplikasi discord. Dengan didasarkan pada penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, hasil penelitian sebagai berikut, node sensor bisa merekam ketinggian yang telah dibangun dengan menggunakan modul sensor HC-SR04 yang dipasang pada platform NodeMCU ESP8266, sensor node yang dipakai berfungsi dengan baik dalam perekaman data ketinggian. Piranti sensor HC-SR04 yang telah diimplementasikan bisa memonitor perubahan ketinggian sesuai dengan perancangan, dengan mampu mendeteksi banjir pada ketinggian 180cm dengan tingkat akurasi sensor ketinggian rata-rata sebesar 95%. Dan sistem mampu mengirim notifikasi ke pengguna melalui aplikasi discord. Dalam kinerja pengiriman data dengan berdasar pada parameter packet loss, dan delay didapatkan hasil dimana besaran jarak antar sensor node dengan gateway akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem, dari parameter didapatkan nilai terbaik antara dua variasi jarak yaitu jarak 50 dan 100 meter yang memiliki nilai packet loss dan besar delay lebih rendah dan nilai successful rate yang lebih tinggi dari pada jarak diatas 200 meter. Dapat dikatakan nilai yang didapat per parameter akan semakin rendah pada saat jarak yang digunakan semakin tinggi.
