Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada April 2007, Ariel Shamir dan Shai Avidan menemukan dan mempublikasikan algoritma seam carving. Kelebihan dari algoritma ini adalah pada saat ukuran sebuah citra diubah, dimana perubahan ukuran citra tersebut akan mengubah perbandingan panjang dan lebar. Seam carving dapat menjaga agar objek utama dalam citra tetap utuh, baik dengan atau tanpa bantuan user. Masalah yang timbul adalah operator pada makalah terdahulu menggunakan gradient magnitude dan histogram of oriented gradients dimana hanya 2 piksel yang paling berperan dalam menentukan sebuah tepi. Kedua operator ini sangat sensitif terhadap adanya gangguan pada citra (noise), karena hanya sedikit jumlah piksel yang dilibatkan untuk memperhitungkan gradien (Milan, 1993). Selain itu, menurut Hector Yee (2007) penggunaan algoritma dynamic programming seringkali menimbulkan artifact (pembentukan/perubahan objek). Penggunaan metode stochastic path dengan membuat 10.000 seam secara acak dinilai Hector Yee dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih baik (Hector. 2007). Namun, dengan metode tersebut ukuran citra akan mempengaruhi kualitas hasil resizing. Hal ini dikarenakan jumlah seam yang dibuat akan tetap meskipun ukuran citra bervariasi. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyimpanan file image digital telah banyak digunakan dengan berbagai macam format, misalnya Bitmap, JPG, TIFF, GIF, dan lain sebagainya. Penyimpanan ini bertujuan untuk mempertahankan informasi citra, untuk mengurangi kapasitas penyimpanan dan untuk mengurangi kebutuhan bandwidth yang besar jika ditransmisikan. Berbagai macam format file tersebut memilki struktur file dan kebutuhan memori yang berbeda-beda yang pada umumnya terdiri dari header dan data. sebagai contoh Bitmap membutuhkan 54 byte untuk menyimpan header. Pada penelitian ini dirancang struktur file kompresi image dengan transformasi wavelet Haar. Kemudian Koefisien yang dihasilkan oleh transformasi wavelet Haar dikodekan dengan metode RLE. Pada akhir proses dirancang struktur file untuk menyimpan file hasil kompresi yang hanya membutuhkan memori 7 byte. Hasil yang diperoleh masih memiliki keterbatasan yaitu khusus untuk image skala-keabuan (gray-scale). Hasil decompress masih kelihatan bagus dengan volume file yang yang bervariasi terhadap volume file asal. Pada gambar contoh, dengan , image dengan volume 237 KB dikompres menjadi 26 KB (10.97 %) , image dengan volume 246 KB dikompres menjadi 26 KB (10.57 % ), dan image dengan volume 264 KB dikompres menjadi 47 KB (17.8 %).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Algoritma modifikasi Sutherland-Hodgman yang telah diteliti sebelumnya hanya bisa menangani beberapa kasus, yaitu clipping terhadap banyak segitiga yang berada di dalam window, kedua segitiga yang memotong satu sisi window dimana bagian segitiga berada di sisi dalam pemotongan  dan ketiga bagian segitiga sisa bukan bagian yang dalam pemotongan, hal ini mengakibatkan hasil clipping kurang halus. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan algoritma dan implementasi simulasi clipping wajah dengan memodifikasi  dan mengembangkan lagi algoritma Sutherland-Hodgman, sehingga mampu menangani banyak kasus yang kemungkinan terjadi. Penelitian ini membangun sistem simulasi pemotongan (clipping) pada permukaan wajah manusia yang dimodelkan dengan menggunakan kumpulan polygon segitiga yang saling berhubungan. Operasi pemotongan kulit permukaan wajah dapat disimulasikan dengan menggunakan algoritma modifikasi Sutherland-Hodgman. Dari hasil penelitian beberapa kasus yang telah diidentifikasi dapat ditangani dengan baik.   Kata kunci: Pemotongan Permukaan, Polygon segitiga, Algoritma Sutherland-Hodgman.   ABSTRACTAlgorithm modify Sutherland-Hodgman which have been checked previously only can handle some case, that is clipping to many trilateral which reside in window, crosscut trilateral one side of window where trilateral shares reside in side in cutting and third trilateral shares  rest of non part of which in cutting, this matter result result of clipping less smooth. For that require to be developed by simulation implementation and algorithm of clipping face with modifying and developing again algorithm of Sutherland-Hodgman, so that can handle many case which is possibility happened. This Research will develop cutting simulation system (clipping) at surface of modeled human being face by using corps of polygon trilateral which is interaction. Operate for cutting of husk surface of face earn simulation by using algorithm modify Sutherland-Hodgman. Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui kemiripan rekord data adalah dengan klastering. Pada metode klastering, dengan jumlah klaster yang sama, antara metode yang satu dengan yang lain kemungkinan menghasilkan struktur klaster yang berbeda. Dengan adanya perbedaan struktur tersebut dimungkinkan dua buah rekord data dengan suatu metode klaster berada dalam suatu klaster, tetapi dengan metode yang lain berada pada klaster yang berbeda. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui frekuensi rekord data berada dalam satu klaster. Metode klaster yang digunakan adalah k-means, kohonen, fuzzy cmean dan fuzzy substractive. Berdasarkan hasil klastering keempat metode tersebut, dikembangkan algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui frekuensi rekord data bersamaan dalam satu kluster. Data yang digunakan adalah data gen jamur yang dapat didownload pada alamat http://cmgm.stanford.edu/pbrown/  sporulation/ additional/   Kata kunci: klastering, k-means, kohonen, fuzzy cmean, fuzzy substractive ABSTRACT Clustering is a one of  the way to know similarity  among data records.  Sometime, different methods give a different cluster structure , although in  the same sum  of cluster.  So that, by using different methods,  it is possible 2 data  at the different structure.  For exampale , by using kmean, data -1 and data-2 in the same cluster, but by  kohonen, data-1 and data-2 in the  different cluster. In this researh, we developt algorithm that can be used to calculate frequency of data record at the same cluster.  The methods, we are used are kmean, kohonen, fuzzy cmean and fuzzy substractive. Based on those methods, we developt  algorithm that can be used to know frequency of data record at the same cluster. Abstract

This research is motivated because the issuance of Law No. 28 of 2009 on Local Taxes and Levies, which the Central Government gives full authority to local governments to manage their own land and building tax Sector Rural and Urban Sector (PBB P2). The purpose of this study is to describe, interpret, and analyze (1) the transfer planning of PBB P2 in Trenggalek, (2) enabling factors and factors inhibiting the transfer of PBB P2 Areas in Trenggalek Local Goverment. The results of the study (1) goal setting plan made after seeing the condition of the existing and likely to happen, then think about what activities will be undertaken to achieve these objectives. The purpose or primary objectives guided Terri District Government Joint Regulation of the Minister of Finance and Minister of Home Affairs No. 213 / PMK.07 / 2010 - Number 58 Year 2010 concerning the transfer of the stages of preparation of the PBB P2 as Local Tax, with funding from the budget, and carried out by the Department of Revenue Trenggalek but this plan was not made official schedule. Broadly speaking, the implementation of the plan in accordance with the existing rules, but there are some who passed the deadline. Monitoring is difficult because of the absence of the official schedule. (2) Supporting factors of Trenggalek Local Goverment planning process is the availability of funds and good relationships with various stakeholders, while inhibiting factor is the Human Resources both of quality and quantity, the absence of an official schedule as well as the difference between the amount receivable.

Abstract

Abstract The use of information systems in the medical world strongly supports the activities/work of medical personnel in hospitals. The laboratory information system is an application program system that supports access to the database system. So that patient data can easily be stored, integrated and displayed again when needed and the resulting information is more accurate and reliable. In this service activity, the design and training of laboratory information systems is carried out. The design of the laboratory information system is carried out using the Waterfall system development method. The Waterfall method is a simple method in describing the stages of software development consisting of phases: analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. After designing the laboratory information system, training is carried out. The training activity consists of 2 materials: Training on data management systems and transaction reporting. The training was attended by 5 participants from the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, XYZ Hospital. The implementation of the training went well, this can be seen from the average value of feedback from the participants, which was 4.83. Abstrak Penggunaan sistem informasi pada dunia medis sangat mendukung aktifitas/pekerjaan para tenaga medis di rumah sakit. Sistem informasi laboratorium merupakan sebuah sistem program aplikasi yang memberi dukungan akses ke sistem database. Sehingga data pasien dengan mudah dapat disimpan diintegrasikan dan ditampilkan kembali saat diperlukan dan informasi yang dihasilkan lebih akurat dan dapat dipercaya. Pada kegiatanpengabdian ini dilakukan rancang bangun dan pelatihan system informasi laboratorium. Rancang bangun pembuatan system informasi laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode pengembangan system Waterfall. Metode Waterfall merupakan metode yang sederhana dalam menggambarkan tahapan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terdiri fase: analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Setelah rancang bangun sistem informasi laboratorium, maka dilakukan pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan terdiri dari 2 materi yaitu: Pelatihan tentang sistem manajemen data dan pembuatan pelaporan tansaksi. Pelatihan diikuti 5 peserta dari Laboratorium Patologi Anatomi RS XYZ. Pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata umpan balik dari peserta yaitu 4,83.

Abstract

Nowadays, there are still often unbalanced nutritional problems such as overnutrition or malnutrition. Many factors can affect it, one of which is an unbalanced diet. One solution that can be done is a system for optimizing nutritional needs. In this study, the method used for optimization is genetic algorithms. Genetic algorithms are one of the metaheuristic methods that are often used for optimization problems. A particular chromosome representation is designed to provide suitable solutions. The system can provide food recommendations with nutrients close to a person's nutritional needs by using the genetic algorithm. Based on the test results obtained, the difference in nutrition from food recommendations with nutritional needs is below 5 percent.

Abstract

Education has an important role to develop this country. The school as an educational institution must develop a variety of guidance systems that are motivating and developing potential of the student. One of them with the selection of student achievement.However, the general election student achievement is more focused in academic achievement. As in JHS 3 Mejayan, has no balance in election of student achievement because in the process of selecting student achievement weight voting greater than the value of the non-academic. So there a rises of a problem in determining the best weighting of each criterion both of them and it really takes time to selection of student achievement. To make it come true, needs to be made for a system that able to work fast and objectively in decision making so that the result were correct and could be called as student achievement. In manufacturing of a system is necessary to suppor the methods used. The methods used are K-Nearest Neighbor as a classifier and Weighted Product as to sorting. Based on the comparison between data expert with manually calculation from the school and output data system for K-Nearest Neighbor's method has an accuracy continuesly 56.67 % and 76.67%. Then, ranked comparison between data expert with manually calculation from the school and output data system for Weighted Product's method has an accuracy continuesly 11,1 % and 100%.

Abstract

Every human that live into the world is surely will pass several phase into their life's, like growth phase, development phase, etc. Several change in physical appereance in child called growth, and development is obtained through process of social and psychological. There's a time in child phase called golden age, it's where the most critical time of growth and development in child, must be put to a good use because golden age will never come back. In time when child reach the golden age, to prevent anything harm to the child, as a parent must know all the things that affect the child. One of the things that can be experienced by the child is autism. Autism is mental condition that characterized by having difficulty in social life and some of them is having trouble with physical too. In Indonesia, 1 from 590 child is diagnosed by autism, and this number is increasing in each year. So to prevent this, early intervention to autism is needed to make child have the right treatment and to decreasing the symptomps of autism. There are three types of autism, slight autism, regular autism, severe autism according to condition of the people that having autism. Classification that can help to identify autism is linear discriminant analysis (LDA) method. LDA method also have good accuracy to identify autism. With 75 data, system with LDA method can identify autism with 88% accuracy

Abstract

The process of drafting schedules manually felt less efficient because it takes a long time. The problem of drafting the schedule will be complex if the number of components is more large amount of data from each component. The expected schedule is not just a schedule that does not clash, but a schedule that can adapt to some constraints that must be met within the schedule. Genetic Algorithms are algorithms that are iterative, self-adjusting and probabilistic algorithms in search for global optimization. The process of chromosome initialization generated from teacher assignment data by integer representation of each gene containing randomly generated assignment codes. Each chromosome with the highest fitness value is a representation of the subject schedule solution. From the testing process that has been done, has obtained the parameters of Genetic Algorithm is the best population number is 90, the value of the combination of Cr and Mr is 0.5 and 0.5, and the number of generations as much as 40000. The process of finding solutions using these parameters obtained the value of fitness that is 0,8451.
