Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology creates innovations in teaching and learning activities which are usually done face-to-face but can now be done anywhere without being bound by place and time using a Learning Management System by utilizing internet and computer technology. Based on a short user experience questionnaire to 159 users of E-Learning Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta, it is known that the index score for the ease of learning and use factor is 72%; easy access 77%; interactive and non-boring visuals 68%; increase interest in learning 66%. TUXEL 2.0 is a method that is used specifically to evaluate the usability and user experience of an E-Learning using three questionnaires, namely problem reporting tables, general LMS evaluation, and user experience questionnaire for 12 respondents. From the results of the usability inspection stage, 33 problems were found from the four categories, namely Login, Assignments, General Interface, and Assessments. In the General LMS / Pedagogical Usability Inspection stage, 17 problems were found from the four categories, namely Learning Through LMS, LMS Flexibility, Help and Documentation, and LMS Learnability. At the UX Evaluation stage, the overall scale value tends to be positive. Based on the results of the hierarchical analysis of user needs, Ubhara Jaya's E-Learning is considered good enough to support learning activities, but is less reliable because it often experiences technical problems. Abstract

Transisi aplikasi perbankan dari BNI Mobile Banking ke wondr by BNI menimbulkan tantangan adopsi yang dirasakan oleh nasabah BNI, khususnya pada nasabah kelompok usia 25-40 tahun yang disebabkan oleh isu learnability dan adaptability. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kemampuan learnability (kemudahan belajar) dan adaptability (kemampuan penyesuaian diri) antara nasabah Generasi Z (18-26 tahun) dan Generasi Milenial (27-40 tahun) dalam menggunakan aplikasi wondr by BNI. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap sepuluh partisipan, kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Prosedur penelitian meliputi wawancara,  penulisan transkrip, koding data, hingga validasi keabsahan data hasil temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna Generasi Z cenderung lebih cepat beradaptasi melalui eksplorasi mandiri. Namun, mereka sering menemukan kesulitan dalam mencari fitur spesifik yang ingin digunakan. Di sisi lain, pengguna Generasi Milenial menghadapi hambatan transisi yang lebih besar akibat kebiasaan pada aplikasi lama, tetapi menunjukkan ketekunan belajar yang lebih tinggi. Tantangan utama yang ditemukan pada kedua kelompok meliputi penamaan fitur yang inkonsisten, alur penggunaan fitur yang belum optimal, hingga masalah pada sistem login. Di sisi lain, desain visual yang intuitif dan antarmuka yang user-friendly menjadi faktor pendukung utama dalam proses adaptasi pengguna. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengalaman pengguna dalam migrasi aplikasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan generasi dan memberikan wawasan untuk merancang strategi transisi aplikasi digital yang lebih inklusif bagi seluruh generasi.   Abstract The transition of banking applications from BNI Mobile Banking to wondr by BNI has created adoption challenges for BNI customers, particularly for those in the 25-40 age group, stemming from learnability and adaptability issues. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and compare the learnability (ease of learning) and adaptability (ability to adjust) of Generation Z (18-26 years old) and Millennial (27-40 years old) customers in using the wondr by BNI application. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through semi-structured interviews with ten participants and processed using thematic analysis. The study methodology encompasses conducting interviews, transcribing recordings, coding data, and verifying the accuracy of the findings. The findings show that Generation Z users tend to adapt more quickly through self-exploration, yet they often encounter difficulties in finding desired features. On the other hand, Millennial users face greater transition barriers due to habits formed with the previous application but demonstrate higher learning perseverance. The main challenges identified in both groups include inconsistent feature naming, suboptimal feature usage flows, and problems with the login system. Conversely, an intuitive visual design and a user-friendly interface were the primary supporting factors in the user adaptation process. These findings conclude that the user experience in application migration is significantly influenced by generational differences, providing insights for designing a more inclusive digital application transition strategy for all generations.
