Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine law enforcement against child abuse according to the customary law of Siak Sri Indrapura. Bab Al-Qawaid is written laws used to regulate in the area of the Siak Sri Indrapura Kingdom. Article eight in Bab Al-Qawa’id specifically regulate the prohibition of child abuse. Factors of law enforcement against child abuse in Siak Sri Indrapura can be seen from factors of legal, law enforcer, facilities or support facilities, community and culture. Another factor is the political factor of customary law in Siak Sri Indrapura that customary law does not become the main reference in the resolution of the law against child abuse, due to the dominance of national law for customary law.

Abstract

The hallmark of a state of democracy is the implementation of the general election.The system was based on the implementation of the elections of the form ofdemocracy there , either directly or indirectly (representatives) .The state of theunity of the republic of indonesia as an archipelago is one of the state an adherentof the popular sovereignty, namely democracy pancasila .So that all the activitiesof the state and government shall not contravene with the values of philosophypancasila and still consider the constitution state that is the Undang Undang Dasar1945.Keywords: Democracy, Local Election, Pancasila

Abstract

When the ASEAN economy opens, the flow of trade in goods and services, investment and labor migration among ASEAN countries are no longer being obstacles. This will provide an opportunity and a challenge for the economic development of all countries that are involved, including Indonesia. Sustainment and competitiveness of UMKM in Indonesia are priorities in the implementation of MEA 2015. This is because UMKM is one of the central points of unemployment and poverty alleviation as well country's economy. UMKM sustains economic system of a particular area of the city specifically Pekanbaru. Based on this phenomenon, it is expected that the government plan efforts and strategies to provide protection for UMKM, particularly legal protection. The aim is to provide a sense of security, both in mind and physical from harassment and various threats to UMKM stakeholders in Pekanbaru to face MEA 2015.

Abstract

Objectives to be achieved in this research isexplaining about the implementation of business licensing the cultivation of oil palm plantations by the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 98/PERMENTAN/OT.140/9/2013;Describes the implementation of business licensing the cultivation of oil palm plantations in Rokan Hulu; as well as formulate and explain the measures to be taken by the Government of Rokan Hulu to regulate business licensing cultivation of oil palm plantations in Rokan Hulu. The specific targets to be achieved in this research is theorderly implementation of licensing the cultivation of palm oil plantation in Rokan Hulu with better and more effective. So it does not cause environmental problems derived from oil palm plantations in Rokan Hulu. Type of research is a sociological law that is more focused on the implementation of business licensing the cultivation of oil palm plantations by the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 98/PERMENTAN/OT.140/9/2013, the problems that arise regarding the implementation of business licensing cultivation oil palm plantations in Rokan Hulu. Results and discussion of this research are the implementation of business licensing the cultivation of oil palm plantations in Rokan Hulu has not been fully implemented by the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 98/PERMENTAN/OT.140/9/2013.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk hak yang dimiliki setiap orang adalah hak kesehatan. Kesehatan merupakan aspek penting dari Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), yang dituliskan dalam Deklarasi Hak Asasi Manusia oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) tahun 1948. Persoalan mengenai hak reproduksi perempuan merupakan bagian dari konsep Hak Asasi Manusia. Makna dari hak kesehatan ini adalah memberikan tugas dan tanggungjawab pada pemerintah untuk menciptakan kondisi yang memungkinkan setiap individu agar hidup sehat, dengan upaya menyediakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai dan pelayanan kesehatan yang terjangkau bagi masyarakat. Kesehatan reproduksi perempuan merupakan salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan mengingat angka kematian banyak dari kalangan perempuan. Sehingga dibutuhkan beberapa regulasi tentang pemenuhan hak kesehatan reproduksi bagi perempuan, serta upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam melaksanakan dan melindungi hak kesehatan reproduksi perempuan. Kata Kunci: Hak Asasi Manusia, Hak Perempuan, Kesehatan Reproduksi
