Abstract

Effective transaction data management is crucial for the operation of BRILink, particularly for agents who act as intermediaries between the bank and customers. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Project Management Information System to efficiently manage transaction reports. The system supports the recording, processing, and presentation of transaction data in a more structured and easily accessible manner for BRILink agents, thereby enhancing operational productivity.The research method includes requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), web framework-based implementation, and testing to ensure functionality. The results show that the developed system can improve the efficiency of report management, reduce data input errors, and provide quick and accurate reports. Equipped with data security features and an intuitive interface, this system is expected to support more effective BRILink agent operations and enhance customer service experiences.

Abstract

Currently, the development of Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) is progressing very quickly. The development of IS/IT cannot be separated from the role of humans who continue to improve and look for new innovations at all times so that technology can make people's daily work easier. The rapid development of IS/IT and the use of IS/IT in aspects of life has resulted in the integration of computerized systems that are not limited by time and distance via the network.internet. SI/IT also provides data accuracy in processing data compared to manual methods. The positive impact of IS/IT in the business world is not only felt by large-scale businesses but is also felt by medium and small businesses, where involving IS/IT in running their business will make business easier, faster and minimize human error.Main Quality (Qu Cuci) Garut is a service that operates in the service sectorlaundry kilos such as carpets, daily clothes and other types of fabric. However, Qu Cuci Garut in its operational process still uses manual and simple books, where the financial book process still uses manual stationery which is prone to damage to books, loss of books or writing that is difficult to read and for self-payment with current technological developments there are many payments. non-cash using the methodpayment gateway Therefore, an information system is needed to simplify the transaction process. Abstract

The management of inventory and the dissemination of information related to e-Government applications within the Garut Regency Government are still carried out conventionally, which impacts low internal efficiency and a lack of transparency to the public. Therefore, this study focuses on the design and development of a Web-Based Digital Catalog Information System for Applications to serve as a centralized information platform solution. The methodology adopted for system development is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, with code implementation utilizing the Laravel Framework and MySQL Database. The resulting system successfully integrates essential features, including Data Management (CRUD) capabilities for the administrator, as well as Search and Category Filtering functions accessible to the public. Functional verification of the system was performed through Black Box Testing, which demonstrated a 100% validation rate for the core functionalities. This system is proven effective in supporting the increase of internal operational efficiency within the Garut Regency Government and simplifying public access to application inventory information.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based service desk information system to improve the effectiveness of IT support ticket management. The background of this research is the existing report handling process, which is still carried out manually. This condition often leads to several issues, such as poorly recorded data, duplicate reports, and difficulties in monitoring the problem resolution process. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) to clearly represent system requirements and workflows. The development process follows the waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The developed system includes several main features, such as user authentication, ticket management, technician assignment, and real-time ticket status monitoring. With this system, data recording becomes more organized, and coordination between users, administrators, and technicians can be improved. Based on the testing results, the system shows improvements in work efficiency and makes it easier to monitor the problem-handling process. In addition, it helps reduce errors that commonly occur in manual processes. Therefore, this system can be used as a solution to improve the quality of IT support services in a more structured way.
