Abstract

Gadis remaja adalah periode penting dalam siklus hidup, terutama dalam pertumbuhan termasuk perkembangan tubuh. Perkembangan tubuh remaja dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengetahuan dan gizi seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan, asupan energi dengan kekurangan energi kronis pada siswa SMP. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dan menggunakan uji statistik korelasi tombak untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2020.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 50,7% siswa memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik, 42,5% memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup dan 6,8% memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang. Asupan energi yang baik adalah 95,9% dan yang memiliki asupan energi lebih sedikit adalah 4,1%. Siswa yang digolongkan kurang memiliki energi kronis sebanyak 17,8%. Berdasarkan analisis variabel tingkat pengetahuan dan asupan energi kurang dengan defisiensi energi kronis diperoleh nilai p 0,05. Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan asupan energi dengan kekurangan energi kronis. Disarankan kepada sekolah SMPN 1 Sidemen bahwa mereka mencoba memberikan penyuluhan dengan bahan makanan B2SA (Beragam, Bergizi, Seimbang, dan Aman), terutama mengenai frekuensi makanan dalam satu hari dan karakteristik makanan segar dan aman untuk dikonsumsi.Kata kunci: tingkat pengetahuan, asupan energi, kekurangan energi kronis.

Abstract

Health development is essentially the implementation of health efforts by the Indonesian people to achieve the ability to live healthy lives for the population in order to realize optimal community health degrees. Posyandu is a form of health service organized by the community with technical support from health workers. The purpose of this study was to assess the skills of Posyandu cadres related to their duties in the Batubulan Kangin Village. This type of research is Quasi Experiment. The population in this study were all posyandu cadres in Batubulan Kangin Village who were still active as cadres. The sample obtained was 45 posyandu cadres. Statistical tests using Wilcoxon. Age characteristics of samples 24-60 years. Distribution after weighing with enough categories was 40 people (88.9%), with good categories as many as 2 people (4.4%) and lacking categories as many as 3 people (6.7%). Distribution after recording with sufficient categories as many as 41 people (91.1%), with less categories as many as 4 people (8.9%). Distribution after counseling with sufficient categories was 29 people (64.4%), with good categories as many as 13 people (28.9%) and lacking categories as many as 3 people (6.7%). The results of the statistical test found that there was an effect of training on weighing skills, recording skills and extension skills.Keywords: Training, Experience, Formal Education

Abstract

Nutritional problems are still a health problem especially in toddler groups. Maternal knowledge is one of the factors affecting nutritional status In addition to the level of consumption. Fulfillment of one of the consumption levels can be fulfilled through the provision of PMT counseling. Research objectives to know the relationship level of mothers knowledge and nutritional intake of PMT counseling with nutritional status. The research was done to the toddler in the working area of Public Health Center Karangasem II, Karangasem District in March 2020. Samples amounted to 100 people. The nutritional Status of toddlers is measured by weighing weight and measuring height and comparing to the standard. Knowledge of mothers is measured by way of interviews with questionnaire guidance. PMT extension is obtained by interviews. Respondents in this study included toddler mothers. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation test and Chi Square.The results showed that most of the toddlers with good nutritional status of 87 people (87.0%) and 13 people (13.0%) Less nutrition.  The level of knowledge about PMT is mostly 61 people with sufficient categories of 61%, energy intake level data PMT counseling with good category is 94%, protein intake level data PMT counseling with good category of 88%, data based on the number of PMT counseling most of the categories obtained quite varied that is 50%, and the category data type PMT extension obtained PMT type local counseling is 80%. Statistical test results using Pearson and Chi Square correlates, obtained all the results of P-value α = 0.05 which means there is no link between maternal level of knowledge, energy intake, protein, PMT number of counseling and PMT category of counseling with nutritional status. Keywords: knowledge level, PMT extension, nutritional status
