The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of work stress and work conflict on teacher performance. A correlation design using causal associative method was used to collect information from a sample of 35 teachers at MTs Al –Falah Padang School. Data collection was carried out through tests and questionnaires, 1) work stress; (a) work coordination and (b) coordination control system, 2) work conflict; (a) role conflict, (b) role ambiguity, (c) responsibility, and (d) career development. Furthermore, to examine the effect of this study, we utilized IBM SPSS software. The results show that, the strength of direct influence identifies that it has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Therefore, work stress and work conflict are the main factors in the success of teacher performance
